Great but they use Evri.

The prices are very good, they had items I struggle to find elsewhere. Communication was great, they attempted to call me to let me know a product was out of stock and the rest was done by email. The refund was processed in about a week. They use Evri which is why I gave 4 stars as Evri damaged my box, it was opened and on its side down the side of a bin. It had fragile labels on. Thankfully Paks had packaged my items so well in bubble wrap that it wasn't broken but they need to give options for delivery provider. I would be happy to pay extra to avoid Evri.
