Worst experience ever
I have never had this worst experience. I paid extra for quick delivery but instead of getting in 2 days I got it in 10 days. On top of it my package was completely broken like someone picked it up from garbage bin.

My first and last experience with them
They issued my eyeglasses (a medical device in other words), with wrong numbers and as a result, after 7 months my eye started to have physical problems which got me back to the optician to realise that the production fault is the reason. Now despite the medical documentation and proof for a) their faulty production and b)my medical problems the customer service keeps writing to me that it is my eyes that have changed and so they are not reliable.
Like COMPLETE IGNORANCE; such lack of ceompetency in reading and processing the documentation that is sent with a complaint!
I am going to hold them accountable at the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden - ARN) and the Swedish Medical Products Agency (Läkemedelsverket).
