Wide Range and Fast Delivery
Excellent service from Alensa.se! They are a fantastic choice for contact lenses. I was very impressed with the huge range of brands and powers they had available, which made it easy to find the exact lenses I needed. The prices are great for all budgets, and the delivery was quick.
My only small suggestion would be to lower the free shipping threshold, as ordering just one pack can make it difficult to qualify.
I highly recommend them for their wide selection and fast service.

Never ending delivery issues
I’m actually getting annoyed by this company. The previous order was delivered to my neighbour’s, the next one cannot even pick up from the postbox since they put the wrong name on the parcel. Not sure how to proceed, since they have probably put c/o as a name. I don’t know how to even take it out with my id, since I’m not c/o.
I request a full immediate refund!
Will never use your services again.

Trustworthy and reliable
I have ordered several items from Alensa over the past couple of years. I recently purchased a pair of expensive Persol sunglasses from them but decided to send them back. They accepted the return and provided a refund without any trouble. It costs a retailer quite a bit to ship something to the customer then ship it back, get the fulfillment centre to check the return, then prepare it for restock, all at their expense. As with all previous interactions with Alensa, this one was a clear confirmation that they know what good customer care is and genuinely work for a good reputation, all within a marketplace of cowboys. I will not hesitate to continue to choose Alensa over other retailers and highly recommend them to anyone who is hesitant about ordering from them.

I was ordering my regular subscription, and I got a suggestion for a cheaper version that they said was the same. It was not. I just got them
And already one contact is dysfunctional… not ok. I can’t even see out of them and they keep irritating my eyes! What a waste of money.
