I was having trouble signing in because my phone number was associated with someone else’s account. Without logging in, contacting the support was a bit difficult. However as soon as i found the support section and contacted the support. The CSR named M..da solved my problem within minutes and i attached my number with my account easily. Thanks to the support team. Good luck.

The destinataire name on the parcel was not my one but the one of a person I gave the name before for a parcel to be sent to his adress !!!!

During my time in France, my experiences with Leboncoin is those of nothing at all going wrong and a well tracked service. I recommend it totally.

My account was blocked after being hacked. The assistance was not helpful and I am still without an account four months after being blocked.

I have used leboncoin 5 times in 5 months - 3/5 success - 3 tines transactions proceeded (2 lights, then 2 lots of used wood), twice, I paid, and the transactions were cancelled due to the item no longer being available (I understand was the reason) honestly, considering 3 different people spent a lot of time over 2 days researching for one of the items through and with leboncoin (a scaffolding set, used) it’s pretty disappointing and you can’t rely on it

Very informative and quick communication. First I had a bad experience with three sellers who offered their items but would not confirm its availability. But lebcoin was always effective with prompting the sellers and informing me about the actual situation. Finally I got what I needed from a quickly responding seller.
