Cheap-quality items: the trousers came and fitted like jorts, while the jorts I ordered had no hole for the button. Really upsetting.

It’s a scam shop. No refund since 3 months . They said they gonna refund over and over but nothing happenes. Stay away

I like the Kiikio brand because it has very pretty and very good quality Clothes. After ordering, the package is delivered as soon as possible.

I really like the style of the clothing. It's a bit pricey, but I'm hoping my first order comes in good quality. The reason why I wrote this review is just because tracking the order pissed me off. First you have to download an app which is already annoying. Then they send a code to your Gmail and if that's not enough, they also send a code to your number. It feels like so many steps instead of just clicking a link and seeing where my order is.

Also, I got a 10% off coupon for subscribing to a newsletter but because my order is over $200 it didn't apply. Which I guess makes sense but no where did it say this ahead of time. This also irked me a bit.

Hate writing bad reviews but sometimes it necessary so other people may not order from them. So I discovered this brand and wanted so many things, I decieded to just order a T shirt so I can test quality first before spending £££ on an unknown brand. After 11 days it still hadn't been dispatched. So I reached out to customer service. They then told me that the product was out of stock, if they had told me this after few days I wouldn't mind but I reached out to them after 11 days and they didn't even apologise and just said I can chose something else instead but by this point I wasn't impressed with the service so I just wanted to cancel. To which they advised it would take 10 working days for refund. Which im still waiting for. Not to mention the product I ordered is still showing in stock online in all sizes despite then advising me it wasn't, not very organised...Save your money guys

Clothing is comfortable and looks just like pictures! Had a bit of trouble with shipping but they were super fast to respond and fix my issue when I messaged on instagram!

I returned items months ago and still waiting for my refund.

Update: after i rated them Here i for my refund instantly.
