i got 2 pairs of jeans for my birthday…
i got 2 pairs of jeans for my birthday but i didn’t like the colour so i returned them and bought another which i didn’t like so i also returned them. the other day i found that after 3 months the parcels didn’t make it to the warehouse. the return process is incredibly hard and i had to email them so many times about it. they said my tracking number wasn’t valid so I had been trying to find out why. i’m giving them 4 stars only because they are refunding me but my other 2 pairs of jeans are also lost so i will need to find out about that too. i do like their products but i would recommend making sure your not going to return it because its a long process that will most likely get it lost.

Lost Order
I placed an order on on July 17th Order # AE1823310 and after about 1 month of waiting I reached out to this company on August 13th with tracking number that was sent to me on July 30th UUS67H1710851089808 asking where is my order? I got the typical run around and finally was told the order had been delivered. When I disputed that, I was then informed that I could reorder, never taking responsibility, I inquired about expediting my order as was told this company does not do express delivery. I reordered and as of today I do not have my pants AND I was informed TODAY the order got lost?!!! I have requested my monies back and sending me those pants for free express shipping to gain my trust again, if NOT I will NEVER order from this company again.

Do not trust this company!
If I could give this company a zero I would. My daughter got five pieces of clothing from the company. It took several weeks for them to ship. When they arrived, none of them fit right. The clothes looked cool online, but the actual fit was bad. We purchased free shipping so returns would be easy. They outsource their returns to Seel. I am going on a week arguing with the company and Seel to get my free return shipping. It’s the most ridiculous return process I’ve ever seen. You have to email them that you want to do the return. The company gives you four different options, with the last one being just to return the goods. Then they have you go through the Seel site. You submit a request in Seel and the company has to officially approve it again. They issued me a return label for less than the weight of all the clothes. And now I’m having to argue with them. Complete waste of time. Do not trust this company!!!
