I absolutely hate it when a website has…

I absolutely hate it when a website has been designed so that when you scroll anywhere towards the top of the screen that a drop down page keeps coming down blocking what you are trying to look at! This happens 20 times while checking your order. Also, you could give a person $10 off on their first purchase. You have a place for a coupon code, but nothing works. Thanks, Terry.

pay for expedited shipping then they will send it as cheap as possible

Placed an order on July 10 2026 and paid the extra 15 dollars for shipping via ups because waiting a week to get what I ordered is too long. Jbtools.com turns around and sends my order via USPS so now I'm not going to receive my order until July 18 2026. I contacted them and asked why they did this and was told not to worry part of the shipping I paid would be refunded as if that resolves my problem. I wouldn't have ordered through them to begin with if I knew it was going to take over a week to receive my Order. Dishonest people. Never again

The experience was eventually good but…

The experience was eventually good but clunky. I accept fault at my end, because I’m rural and depend on my iPhone to do everything online. Even though I have Verizon as my carrier, sometimes things just don’t work too good! At my rural location, and my limited income, I rely on my Verizon 5G to do what I do online. But, a lot of times it’s not 5G and maybe, a couple of bars of LTE. So, the 4 stars right now were out of frustration about the clunkiness of my Verizon service. If my order shows up on my carport in good time, you’ll definitely get your 5th star! Best regards, Darryn Webster
