J’ai acheté un produit en GD (grande distribution), encore sous garantie de 2 ans.
Le service après-vente d’INTEX :
L’accueil a été correct et les réponses rapides, mais j’ai reçu un courrier m’indiquant que les frais de réparation seraient à ma charge.
En France, nous payons pourtant une taxe pour le traitement des déchets en GD. J’en déduis que le réemploi et la réparation ne sont pas les priorités, et que l’objectif principal reste le profit pour INTEX. Hello everyone,

INTEX’s customer service:
The initial response was satisfactory and their replies were prompt, but I received a letter stating that I would be responsible for the repair costs.
In France, however, we pay a tax for waste management in retail stores. I conclude that reuse and repair are not priorities, and that INTEX’s main objective remains profit.

When you buy a intex product in Turkey, you are all alone about warranty, you know why ? there is no official seller or offical help, if you contact your local seller they can blame you about anything because its a plastic and user can damage it. so there is no warranty, my 2 air-beds gone to trash in less than 1 month

Purchased a 2.6m rectangular swimming pool through Amazon. Cant fault it. Easy to put together. Kids love it.

Easy set pool is a poor quality pool and has a constrution fault. Not worth the money. This feels like a complete rip off. Don't buy it !!!
Bonjour, Thank you Intex for your 4 seater spa bought in 2016 and still operational! It provides unmatched pleasure and relaxation after the work day or when it is very hot. It is more efficient than Center Park spa in France! Maintenance is simple and the product maintains quality over time. Vive Intex!
The purifier we bought does not work. We sent it to Intex for repare. Intex answer that no deficiency was detected, and if we want our purifier back we should pay 30 $ !???
