I paid Ignite Connections for a 6-month program based on their guarantee of 8 appointments. After SIX MONTHS, I received ZERO valid, legitimate appointments.
I raised concerns throughout the program. They adjusted the list, I asked them to increase the number of people they were calling, and by months 4 and 5 I asked to cancel and receive my money back because they had produced zero results.
They refused and encouraged me to let them finish the contract. I specifically asked more than once what would happen if we reached the end and they didn't deliver the guaranteed 8 appointments. I was told we would deal with it then. I gave them the full six months they requested.
The result? Zero appointments.
Now they are refusing to refund my money because they say their guarantee requires a 15% connection rate. Here's my biggest issue with that: THEY provide the prospect list and THEY control the calling. I don't control the quality of their list, how many people they call, how often they call them, or whether they connect with them. Yet they're using the connection rate from their own list and calling activity as the reason they don't have to honor the guarantee.
I have repeatedly attempted to resolve this directly with the company. I even retained an attorney who sent a formal demand letter requesting my money back, and it still has not been resolved.
I am now disputing the charge with my credit-card company.
I rarely write reviews like this, but as a Realtor and business owner, I feel strongly about warning other real estate professionals to do their due diligence before spending their money here. Read the contract carefully, particularly the conditions attached to the "guarantee," and ask yourself what happens if they deliver zero appointments but their own calling activity doesn't achieve the required connection rate.
My experience: I paid for a program guaranteeing 8 appointments, gave them the entire six months to perform, received ZERO valid appointments, and they refused my request for a refund.

We know there are a lot of programs out there who promise the world and don't deliver, particularly when they have a guarantee. This company guaranteed in writing that they would generate $5.4 million in lead opportunities within six months. They delivered only $1.2 million, and the leads were extremely weak — most had no intention of selling their home.
I requested the guaranteed refund, and it now appears that promise will not be honored.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to do business with this company. The guarantees they advertise were not fulfilled, and the refund assurance appears unreliable.

3. They all expressed a MOTIVATION for selling,
4. They all agreed to meet you (and don't have another agent).

I had high hopes for this lead generation but they only delivered 3 leads that were subpar, in the end I asked for the guaranteed refund and the sited (i) in the contract that if they don't reach 15% of the connections they won't return your money, so basically if they don't do their job we are out of the money, total frauds, I asked the sales person about the guarantee several times, I would have been happy with 1 sale. Don't do it, it's not worth it.

Very disappointed. No contact from them after 2nd day after payment. Looks like a huge majority of the calls that they make go 'unanswered'. The one and only lead I rec'd was a not worthy of a the label 'lead'.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is a total scam. They will not deliver on their guarantee and when you request a refund they will deny it because THEY weren't able to make as many connections as they promised. Don't waste your money.

Trying to expand my business with an inside sales team is something I’ve looked at for probably eight or nine months. I was impressed with this program because it’s an actual person and not AI. Streamline Your Business
They cold call and set appointments for potential sellers in specific zip codes provided by the agent. You then have to follow up with the potential seller and sell them on yourself and what you offer as an agent. I've had friends call and tell me they have been contacted by them on my behalf. Definitely recommend.
