I’ve been with Cataleads for one month and so far, I’ve been to 2 in person listing appts and spoke to 3 sellers over the phone who may be interested in selling down the line. I would say you have to be good at navigating objections and have a solid follow up system for this to work. I had a very disappointing experience with Cataleads. Out of the 10 or so seller leads they sent over, not a single one turned into a legitimate opportunity. Most of the sellers were either completely unmotivated, confused about why they were being contacted, or thought I was personally trying to buy their home myself.

The lead quality was extremely poor and felt unserious. Instead of connecting with actual motivated sellers, I spent a significant amount of time chasing dead-end conversations and clarifying basic misunderstandings.

As a real estate professional, I understand not every lead will convert, but 0 out of 10 with this level of confusion is unacceptable at $3500. I would not recommend this service to agents looking for serious seller opportunities.

I just started with Cataleads and I can tell you they are by far the best. If you’re second-guessing yourself if it’s worth it don’t it it’s been about a month and I just converted a lead 2.4 million and I have three more appointments set to meet with sellers. Thank you Cataleads you guys Rock!!

In my first month of using Cataleads I have gone on 2 seller listing appointments. Safe to say that they deliver exactly what they preach. Their customer service has been reliable and easy to work with. Bottom line, they deliver new leads in which weren't in my pipeline before and thats the end goal for any realtor.
