This website is a total scam, they happily leave there books open for people to book rooms at a hotel even when the hotel is fully booked, they even verify your booking and when I turnt up at the hotel they told me they overbooked and this website had done it to numerous people in talking 40 people plus had been turnt away, please avoid booking hotels through this site, no one answer the phones and no responds to emails !!!!

Be aware, resevation made on hotel.de did not go through.
The reservation made via hotel.de did not go through. The hotel did not have my reservation upon arrival, so I had to book a new hotel.

They stole my money
This website essentially stole my money. I went to hotel.de to book a hotel in Interlaken, Switzerland for the following night. However, the email confirmation showed the booking in Lauderbach, Switzerland. This was strange so I verified that I booked in the right place. I certainly made no mistake. I called the company multiple times and they said they’d review the transaction. It’s been several months and they haven’t made any progress.
I’d be careful about booking with them due to the possibility that they simply get the booking location wrong for some hotels. My only experience with them has been negative.

No possibilty to communicate with you
I tried hardly to acces my account in Hotel.de. but wasn't possible. I sent my email, i push the buton " forgot the password" . The site anounced my that it sent a mail for reseting the password, but it never arrived. Not after 24 hours!
And by the way: nothing in spam too!
If you realy want to do something, and this not only a courtesy mail(nobody will answer!), I'm waiting for your solution.
