Best service! Best food & drinks!

VERRRRY BAAD.. THIS IS A RIP OFF..NEVER USE THEM....

Please do not use them, food initially set to arrive after 51 mins, after sending lots of messages we get messages back that in fact food will take >90mins from ordering, as they have to go to restaurant to order as rest. not answering the phone. When you try to phone Henchman during the wait, you get through to EE messaging service, totally unacceptable. I'm waiting to see that we don't get charged as we cancelled the order when we found out the above. CS agent says his manager will contact us on Monday, but
we want a refund and no other dealings with this terrible company.
1 wk later:nobody contacted us and we have been charged £120.66 for food which never arrived

Used to order with them, and kept coming back because they were the only ones who delivered from my favourite place. Had no choice but to stop. It's not that the food took forever to arrive (with no warning from them), it wasn't that it was overpriced delivery (and it seems to have risen from overpriced to absolutely ridiculous, 20 quid really?), it was the dishonesty. At some point they actually raised the food's prices on the menu as though I wouldn't recognise that a dish that costs £8 suddenly cost £11 (and this had no effect on the delivery price). The customer service team was rude and even accused me of not paying, saying they did me a favour and let it slide, which was untrue and made no sense really. You might feel happy to see your favourite restaurant can get its food delivered with henchman, but it will most likely only result in disappointment, cold food and wasted money.

Awful. I worked for them for some time and whilst under paying me almost every payday they eventually robbed me of £175 prompting me to leave the company immediately. Stay away .....

I sent an e-mail to cancel my account and found the surprise of billing me 10 days after. They do not want to tell me about a refund, as I sent emails and messages and replied telling me wait. Unprofessional and very slow. Placing orders and responding to enquiries. Just use deliveroo or ubereats

Honestly, completely unacceptable service, borderline scam. I've ordered several times (as they are the only ones delivering my favourite restaurant). They say 60 minutes but normally it's 100-130 mins (= food ice cold), equally often they just cancel after 1hr. Customer service completely unresponsive. Would heavily discourage anyone from ever using.

If you ignore overpriced delivery, Henchman provides good service... most of the time at least. Sometimes they don't have enough drivers, but they won't let you know about it so you could cancel the order. Instead, they make you wait for over 2 hours instead of promised 45 minutes. Happened to me more than once, and I have no desire to use their overpriced services again. Which is a pity, since they have the nicest drivers out there.

Made me send an ID to order food (yes you read that right) then said they can't complete it due to their "fraud team" telling them not to. No way to contact their "fraud team" either. Absolute garbage.
