A Special Experience We Won’t Forget: Than You Jane
We were served by Jane, who was absolutely amazing. She made the whole experience of choosing a ring easy, relaxed and genuinely enjoyable. There were none of the high-pressure sales tactics you sometimes experience. Jane simply took the time to listen to what we were looking for, answered our questions and gave us the space to make the right choice.
She was friendly, patient and knowledgeable, and you could tell she genuinely cared about making sure we were happy rather than just making a sale.
We were also really impressed with the ring itself. The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and we felt it was very good value for money.
Thank you, Jane, for making what was already a very special occasion even more memorable. We really appreciated your help and would happily recommend Jane and the store to anyone looking for great service, excellent quality and good value.

Engagement ring
Anneliese was very very helpful throughout the entire process with the coordination and design help and going back and forth. She made the process much much easier.
Only reason to drop a star was that I had requested for an engraving to be done on the ring as part of the service, except upon picking up the ring, the engraving was not done, and I was told that I would have to come back another time to get it done which wasn't ideal.

I visited the store to make my…
I visited the store to make my purchase, but I was not offered any discount. After I got home, I saw their advertisement stating that items in store were 5–15% off. I was quite disappointed that this was not mentioned to me at the time of purchase.
I was also disappointed with the quality of the diamond stud earrings. The connection between the earring and the backing comes loose very easily, and the earrings frequently fall off.
Overall, the experience was not what I expected, and unfortunately I would not recommend this store to my friends.

To clarify, at the time of your purchase, our EOFY promotion applied to loose diamonds, engagement and wedding rings and selected tennis bracelets; stud earrings were not included. We appreciate that seeing the broader EOFY advertising after your visit may have caused some confusion, but the earrings were priced correctly under the promotion’s terms.
That said, the earrings should feel secure when worn, and we would like the opportunity to inspect them and determine how we can assist. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you directly to discuss the solutions available and arrange an assessment if needed.

Stunning Toi et Moi ring and outstanding service from Ruby
From the very first consultation to collection, GS Diamonds made the whole experience effortless. Ruby Mulligan was exceptional, and very patient with every question, and was happy to revise the design until it was exactly right.
Ruby also went out of her way to help me keep the proposal a complete surprise, which meant a great deal and shows how much she cares about the people behind the purchase.
The ring itself is absolutely stunning, the platinum Toi et Moi setting with the emerald and pear diamonds is exactly what we pictured, and it looks even better in person. Delivered right on time as promised. Couldn't recommend Ruby and the team highly enough.
