Thanks to Manuel from Support, I couldn't get my birthday gift. So now on my birthday I find myself writing this nice review. They could not "honor" the purchase cause my wife credit card was used for payment. I requested the order or the refund so I can buy somewhere else, he asked for order confirmation and I confirmed via mail. Shortly after I got the message that the refund was initiated and that I will receive between 2 to 4 days my money back ..this is the 4th day and the money are still blocked and also could not buy anything due to their incompetence. Almost 1300 euros .

Ordered a record over a year ago with this company I’ve asked for a refund over and over with no reply, pretty much thievery. Do not order from this place terrible customer service.

Don't be fooled by the price! They ship from Germany and I have just had to pay a customs charge of £55.39. Initially i complained that this had not been made clear before purchase but when I went back and checked there is a pop up saying they ship from Germany and there may be additional taxes and fees. You have to click OK so they say you agreed. I didn't read it fully, just the bit that it came from Germany so thought they were making you aware that delivery would not be quick. It made the product more expensive than buying it at all the UK outlets. They said returning it would incur charges.

I ordered a CD but a different one came. And they insisted that they were right and I was wrong. Horrible customer service.

Incompetent seller. Sent a common edition instead of the Limited one I paid for. Rude attitude when asked to fix the mistake. Save yourself the trouble and buy elsewhere.

My own fault should have read the reviews before ordering lesson learned. I ordered a graphics card for my son's birthday which took 5 weeks to arrive and missed his birthday. Item was £50 cheaper than everybody else however after waiting 5 weeks to recieve I was hit with £136 import charge from royal mail. Item appears to be ok haven't fit it yet, but UK customers beware.

Very poor service. I ordered a simple cable to link my phone and keyboard. It was dispatched 11 days ago yet no sign. This is a simple EU to EU purchase there should be no customs delays I've written explaining that I need the cable for work, no response. I also asked how the item was sent and could I have a tracking number, again no response. Don't bother ordering from them

Ordered an item on 6 April and paid via SEPA. Still not received, they said they are waiting for their delivery of the item but now I can see on the website it is back in stock and still they did not ship it. First and last time I am ordering from this company! I asked for a refund and will update this post this week.

Incredibly slow international delivery, I deal with quite a number of vendors in Germany, France, Italy, United States and the UK and Groovesland is by far the slowest of them all, literally a four week minimum.
When you parcel does finally arrived, it will almost be guaranteed to be damaged, cracked CD cases, squashed digipacks, broken BluRay cases, torn artwork on the covers. The state these items arrive in has to be seen to be believed.
Then comes the very unpleasant experience of getting a refund, they will begin by offering a pittance for something so badly damaged it's going in the bin, so the back and forth begins, then the photos and finally the refund but don't expect to be fully refunded, they will be sure to keep the postage cost.

I had my doubts about using Grooves.land due to a lot of negative comments I'm glad I ignored them.
I paid by bank transfer for an added discount and after 24hrs the payment still showed as unpaid on my grooves account. After 1 email they confirmed the payment had been received and my order was being processed.
It arrived within 2 weeks no problems ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I placed an order on 6th of December. It is now the middle of March. No word and no record. I have contacted them but I don't seem to be able to cancel the order.
I wish I had seen these reviews before placed the order. I am in Ireland.

SCAM SITE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! -Months of waiting -Incorrect grading -Sending different version of the record -Refusing to refund after being at fault -Lying to PayPal enough to get away with it WHILE NEVER DELIVERING WHAT THEY HAVE SOLD ME!!!

They sell action figures that that actually don't have. They claim they will ship them and you never receive them. They also don't refund you when you finally cancel your order.

All my orders were shipped fast and arrived perfectly.

ive made an account just to warn of this website. i bought a cd from here (im in england), they just kept pushing the "expected transit" date further and further. i emailed a month later asking for a refund/cancellation but to no avail. had to raise a dispute with my bank for it!
save your time, money and patience, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

From my experience, this is a 3rd party who sells you items that they do not have!

I tried to purchase a vinyl album from the early 90s which was listed, paid the asking price, but when it didn't turn up, I was told that the suppliers couldn't deliver it! Like, wtf!

This is legalised fraud.

Thankfully I cancelled within 30 days and got my money back!

I ordered in Dicember an album by Ornella Vanoni, but didn't got it yet. They always change the probable date of despatching. But they offered it and tell you "still 7 (or 6 or 5) items in stock". This is absolutely a no-go!

I have ordered 2 Vinyl records (not cheap).
After ordering, I checked the comments here and got really scared. My order was processed and there was only 1 day delay in dispathcing the one of the 2 Items (it was 3-5 business days and took 6). Some people say tha there is no tracking number, there is if you pay 3,5 Euro extra, which I did). I received the tracking number. The order is sent through normal mail so it takes time (this is why its free!). After around 25 days I recieved my order properly packaged in mint condition. So all in all, its not a scam. I would suggest to be patient and pay for a tracking number.

Never got the thing I ordered. Dont buy from this seller or the web site.

Poor service. Delivery takes forever, and most importantly, you get absolutely no response to your order-related questions. No respect for buyers!
