The Napoleon Grillfürst Edition Package is great! Also the quality of delivery. Well protected parts, fitting perfectly when they are assembled. Needed tools inside the package. Assembly instruction compact and visual.

I had a voucher that had expired a few weeks ago.

After receiving a new Napoleon with a broken handle (it happened during shipment). I contacted Grillfürst via email. After sending a few Mails and Pictures. I got a new Top with handle.

Had an issue with one part of a grill (caused by the manufacturer), and it was easily and swiftly replaced.

The entire order and shipping process was easy and fast. Unfortunately my product arrived broken.
A short mail to Grillfürst and they sent out a new product immediately. Finally I was happy with all.
Entire communication was very friendly.
The ordered products have really a high quality.

After a complaint about a defective item, the response was very quick and a replacement item was sent the same day. After a very short time I had a replacement item and this time it worked.

Had a problem with a part of the bbq and it was solved quickly. I got a new part within a few days and everything works fine now.

Defect DigiQ Controller after 2.5 years. It was replaced by a new one, even if out of warranty.
