I've ordered a volta bodykit. Money has been withdrawn although i haven't yet received my order. Website says max 45days to delivery. I took contact to the website through mail. They said it's 45 working days. I clearly specified that isn't what the website says on delivery but accepted. Now we are way past 45 working days but I keep receiving mails about how sorry they are although the volta body kit is made in another factory. DO NOT BUY from this website. They got poor communication and will reply after several days. They'll accept your money but won't take you serious nor speed up the procces when they're late. They'll sell you stuff they got no controll over nor have on stock. Also they don't specify on website their stuff is from china and or is produced from elsewhere. Highly recommend that you pay xstra and leave this company by themselves. Ordered a lot from other companies also when I made this order and I've received everything but what I ordered from Greendrive tesla. Less than 1 star completely unprofessional customer service and company. Paid them 1719 Euro on the 22th of June 2026. I've received nothing today is the 24th of August. All i've gotten is "we're deeply sorry mail replies". For your own sake and to prevent spending time with the bank on getting money back STAY AWAY.

I ordered a bumper on January 27th. The website said delivery time was 3 weeks. It's March 16th, 7 weeks have passed, and we still have no news about our order. After numerous reminders, they provided us with a tracking number. Unfortunately, the tracking code has been saying "package awaiting collection by the courier" for a week, so it doesn't work.
Furthermore, they take 2-3 days to respond to each request. I've never seen such embarrassing order and customer management.
Stay away.

Don't buy at Green Drive. I bought bars for my Model Y and changed opinion. I asked for the return which their web guarantees to be free within 30 days. They provided a shipping method that only allows 1.05m maximum lenght. The bars alone are 1.30m and the box 1.45m. I claim a new return method and they tell me that I will have to return them by my own means and that they will not refund me the return costs. I claim a review and all I get is "I am sorry, but this is what we can offer you" not fulfilling their own Sales Conditions. Worst client service I have seen in my life and totally non recommendable.

I ordered KONI shock absorbers for my Tesla Y from Greendrive and everything went perfectly. Fast communication, reliable delivery, and excellent customer service. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

they sell litterly aliexpress stuff and quality, i bought door lights , arrived defective , sended a new one , after 1 month flickering,...
bought diffuser for juniper model, wont fit not even when taking the bumper off, they say inpossible you dont get your money back, i look on ali i see the same diffuser first of all cheaper , but 1:1 same, bought a black sunshade cover , tester it yesterday , wont fit.
they are professional frauds with bad communication skills, and my insurrance is going further with this!

I ordered the NOVA 18" replica wheel trims for a Tesla Model 3. A supplier delay pushed the lead time, but Green Drive kept me updated with clear, timely emails and resolved it fairly amount of credit as a goodwill gesture. Everything has now arrived and it’s perfect—great quality and careful packaging. It’s rare to find a seller this precise and considerate. I’ll gladly buy from them again. 5 stars.

The wheel paint for my uber turbine that I ordered does not match the original colour 😕😕

Communication is almost impossible, no phone number, only email or messenger. Replies are in French (?????), are u kiddin me??
Never was told when the wheels were shipped :( found out after a few days that GLS dropped them of behind a door on the side of my house. Nothing greeneries can do about GLS but still…. If they had communicated better I might have found out earlier where the wheels were😊

In mei 2025 bij Greendrive een reistas gekocht speciaal voor bergruimte onder voorklep van mijn Tesla model Y. Pas voor een eerste keer gebruikt eind augustus. Rits na 1x sluiten al defect (springt gewoon aan beide zijden van de sluiting open). Een zeer ruwe rits ook, waar je je handen aan open haalt. Verder is de tas helemaal niet speciaal vullend voor deze opbergruimte. Er blijft best veel ruimte rondom de tas over. Verder is da rits alleen aan de bovenzijde en geeft een zeer beperkte opening voor in- en uitpakken. Bij reclamatie krijg ik als enige oplossing te horen dat ze eventuele reparatiekosten willen vergoeden maar terugnemen en aankoopbedrag terugstorten doen ze niet. Wat een waardeloze klachtenafhandeling. Ik zal hier nooit meer iets bestellen dat is zeker.

In May 2025, I bought a travel bag from Greendrive specifically for the storage space under the front hatch of my Tesla Model Y. I only used it for the first time at the end of August. The zipper broke after just one closure (it simply pops open on both sides of the closure). It's also a very rough zipper, which is difficult to handle. Furthermore, the bag doesn't fill the space specifically for this storage space. There's still plenty of room left around the bag. Furthermore, the zipper is only at the top and offers a very limited opening for packing and unpacking. When I complained, the only solution I was told was that they would reimburse any repair costs, but they wouldn't accept returns or refund the purchase price. What a terrible complaint handling process. I will definitely never order anything from them again.

I placed an order on August 24th and unfortunately made a typo in my email address. I contacted customer service immediately to correct it, but they told me they couldn’t update the email for shipping. Despite multiple follow-ups, I never received a tracking number and my emails went unanswered for 5 days.

The package eventually arrived today — 7 days after ordering — so I’m changing my review from 1 star to 3. The products themselves are fine, but the lack of tracking information and poor customer service made the experience frustrating.

I hope the company improves its communication, as the shopping process felt unprofessional.

Ordered roof bars for my wife’s Model Y. I also ordered a light strip for the frunk as a side purchase. Everything was listed as “in stock”. There was no dispatch (as advertised) “same day or day after”. I waited but 4 days later I email them. The reply states the feet for the bars aren’t in stock. Would I like to wait until restock or get a refund. As I needed them in for an upcoming away trip I requested to cancel the order. I’ve heard nothing since despite daily emails from me. I’m not sure if it’s fraud or just a really badly run company with poor stock control and customer service.

Wrong pen for Tesla MCR, refuses to take responsibility.

Ordered a chrome delete kit for Tesla Model S, received a completely different kit and they after like 30 pictures and 20 emails they still told me it was my fault, it’s just an installation error. They won’t provide any information even after 2 months, they just try to ghost me with “we escalated this situation to our supplier” messages.

Update: I did tens of car foil jobs before i know when i see a foil that doesn’t fit a car :) Also they falsely advertise that it’s high quality 3M but just some cheap noname propably from China with dropshipping. Also it’s not my job to do Quality Control before starting to apply the foil.

They still didn’t even ask me if they should send that another piece of that specific foil even though that there is a paper in the box that says i just have to pay shipping and they send a replacement free LOL

They don’t feel any shame at all.

Great service and the product also was perfectly suited for my new model Y, which was something very hard to find elsewhere. And got it at a competitive price as well. Thx guys.

Purchased tyres I believed were Tesla OEM – turned out not to be T1/T2 homologated (no mousse).

Green Drive labels itself “Tesla Accessories” but defaults to non-homologated tyres without clearly stating it.

Price was ~€200 higher than the same non-homologated model on centralpneu.

The small saving compared to Tesla omolagated is meaningless – you're not getting the same product.

Product selection page is ambiguous: no clear SKU, no direct warning.

Responsibility is pushed onto the buyer to decode tyre labels — poor UX at best, misleading by design.

Feels like intentional obfuscation to maximise profit off customer trust.

Technically, I received what I ordered — but unknowingly (cursing my humble laziness...).

In 2025, hiding crucial info behind vague UI is not a mistake — it’s a choice.

No commercial gesture whatsoever to mitigate the strong feeling of being misled.

I strongly advise others to stay away.
