No returns
Through a mix up, I received the a color flooring I didn’t want. I called to ask if I could return it and they said yes, but I would have to find a shipping company and pay for the return. Sounds reasonable except no shipping company will pick up a pallet from a private residential property and return it to the vendor. Hence not returnable. I reached out to the company for help and none was given.

As clearly stated in our terms and conditions, returns of cancelled or unwanted purchases must be arranged and paid for by the customer. This is standard procedure for pallet deliveries, as they require freight transport rather than regular parcel services.
We can also confirm that the goods have in fact been successfully returned to our warehouse, which shows that return shipping was possible to arrange through a suitable carrier.
We regret that this process felt difficult, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

I Would Do This Again
I ordered a rug with car lanes for my nephew's fourth birthday, and he loved it. Very colorful and perfect for his new room.

I haven't received my product.
I haven't received my product.
Ordered 30 square meters floor.
Delivery day came and some of the packages were damaged to such an extent that it does not work.
Contacted gulvlageret, but here one month after I still haven't received 30 square meters.
I have contacted immediately every time.
Edit: It took 6 delivery attempts and one big amount of patience.

Before the order I communicated with…
Before the order I communicated with company representative and I received confirmation that delivery time mentioned on the website is valid (3-5 working days). Based on this information I placed order. However next day I received confirmation that delivery will be postponed by additional 6 days due material shortage on the supplier side. Unfortunately customer service couldn’t propose any solution except order cancellation. In the end material was delivered as per our initial explanation, but this situation took a lot of time and stress to reorganise our plan for house refurbishing. I think you should improve the system showing the real delivery time on website not to mislead the Customers.
