I have very often bought from this company and have not had any issues previously so really surprised and disappointed by the lack of after sales support. Bought a lacoste belt from this company. The fastest free delivery i have ever had.The belt was as advertised. I will be definitely using this company again 100%.Also the price was a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

I recently ordered an adidas backpack from Function18 and I’m really happy with the experience. The item arrived in just 2 days, which was impressively fast. The backpack was exactly as described and in perfect condition.

I also regularly order golf gear from Function18, and every purchase has been smooth and reliable. I’ve never been disappointed with their service or product quality. Overall, they’re a trustworthy retailer with great delivery times and consistent service.

I bought 13 month ago a Taylormade bag and now I have a big hole in the taylormade bag they say the one year warranty is over so they cannot help me this is very bad because this kind of bag I only use in the Summer now for like 4/5 month. I will never buy anything here anymore.

I've purchased from Function18 before and generally had a positive experience, which makes this situation all the more disappointing.

I bought a pair of Ecco H5 Leather BOA Golf Shoes (EU43) in March 2025 for close to $400 NZD. After approximately one year of normal use, the leather on the heel of both shoes has split at exactly the same point — the heel loop stitching — on both shoes simultaneously. The waterproofing has also failed as a result.

I raised a formal complaint on 3 April referencing my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, with photos and proof of purchase. Michael responded briefly after Easter to say he'd look into it. Since then — despite three follow-up emails on 8 April, 14 April, and 16 April — I have received no substantive response whatsoever.

This isn't just a product fault. It's a customer service failure. A retailer selling premium product at premium prices has an obligation to engage with warranty claims, not go silent for over two weeks.

I'm not looking to cause problems — I just want a fair resolution. If anyone from Function18 is reading this, my details are on file. Please get in touch.

I was a bit suspicious with this company not having a .co.uk address, having been caught out over Christmas with stuff coming from China. However, I needn’t have worried! Ordered before 4pm and it was delivered by Royal Mail the next morning! Great service, price and product. My husband is very happy with his polo shirt. Thank you.

Has an issue with an order which was through no fault of their own (manufacture defect), worked through it with the customer service team and reached a satisfactory resolution.

On top of that very speedy delivery - can't fault the experience I had, bar the initial disappointment when opening my order.

This is my go-to retailer for golf clothing. Always great stock, good pricing and a decent rewards scheme. Delivery is free, 100% reliable and ultra quick. I wont use anyone else.

Have used this company many times but not anymore,ordered on july 1st and parcel was lost ,not a problem ive had it happen before with other companies and refund sorted no issue, its now a month and a half later and still not refunded.. ignored emails and the odd reply to say we'll get this sorted...Will be contacting my credit company tomorrow to do a charge back....joke of customer service...avoid

Great website to order from. Purchased Hugo Boss hoodie at a great price delivered in time but there was a slight fault. Great thing about ordering from Function 18 is that you actually can exchange whereas you normally have to return for a refund wait for your refund (you might not want to part with more of your money until you receive your refund) and then reorder the item you want and by that time it could go out of stock (if you’re wanting to get your money back first that is). So being able to exchange was great for me, returning was free and simple communication was good regarding them receiving the return and when the replacement was despatched. All I would suggest is that you get a confirmation from them when it is scanned at the point of returning. Apart from that can’t fault them.

I recently order two under armour products, one from Function 18 and one from Under Armour directly.

I received my goods quicker than I received a confirmation order email from Under Armour!
