I do not recommend Eason.com at all, I bought 6 audiobooks (tonies) as a Christmas gift for my children and they never arrived. I wrote more than 10 times to consumer service, of which they responded only 2 times, without having any idea where the order is. My children were left without Christmas gifts and even as of today, 07/02/2024, they have not returned the money of the order, which was more than €100, nor have they given me any explanation, nor have they offered to send me the order again. They have directly ignored me.

Wouldn't shop on this website again, order cancelled due to no stock. Website stock levels inaccurate resulting in a disappointed 5 year old.

Easons games cheaper by online. I looked up price before going into store to pick up a game and was told by sales staff that a game that was €39.99 online was €49.99 instore.

They delivered a game I ordered less than 24 hours later.

Booked appt for ear wax removal, on the day. The staff were so helpful. I can not rate the service higher as it was first class. The advice I received was excellent.
Brilliant.

The delivery service they use is absolute disgrace from any point of view. While promising to deliver in 7 working days within Europe (and Ireland I believe is still a part of it), they are struggling to do so in 17 working days. Just think about it when you are making an order.

I ordered a book online and it arrived next day, really impressed with the service especially as it's free delivery.

Ordered 2 books with standard delivery and it came the next day. Good delivery and no damages to books.

This is the first time ordering from EASONS and honestly my package is still not here after about 3 weeks.

I’m unimpressed and confused on why it’s taking so long

My first time ordering of eason but after this I won’t be ordering again they sent me math copies didn’t even say it was math copies and I bought so much of them as well I want a refund the they should be more clear next time I hate Eason yes I admit the delivery was fast Eason is just scamming us at this point they’re stuff is so overpriced in real life but so cheap online I order online so much and out of every place I ordered from this is by far the worst

Promised 1-2 day delivery. Item only got dispatched 3 days after. And the address was written wrong so it was returned back. Customer service didn’t even apologize for the delay, just casually said that they wrote the delivery address wrong. Not recommend.

My orders arrive in perfect condition. Price is a little high for some things, and the fact that stores have different prices from the website is less than ideal. Generally though, haven't had an overly negative experience here. Wish that the click and collect service was better, limited selection. Doesn't really make much sense to have online exclusive prices on click and collect items, since you can arrange for collection and get it cheaper than visiting instore normally.

Staff are awful in easons in ennis very unhelpful chatting too much amongst them selves instead of doing there job properly

The online bookshop is great. Good prices with superfast delivery and impressive customer service. Very easy to make a return.

Try making your website to work so I can order....

I visited Easons in Shop St. Galway today to start my Christmas shopping by buying a few books . I enquired about the returns policy over the Christmas period only to be told its the usual 28days, one girl said it would 'probably' be extended , the rest of the staff had no idea. Surely with just over 5 weeks left till Christmas they should realise that people have started their shopping and would like to give the recipients of a gift the option of an exchange at least , very disappointing

The worst customer service ever, they cancelled my order 3 days after my payment and now have to wait 5 days for refund!!! Because of them my child wont get present the worst company ever avoid !!!!!

Tried to buy online, chose the book, confirmed all information, logged in with my account, put the payment details and received a message “we were unable to process your payment”but they took from my bank account. It happened twice. So I have to call customer service for refund. Usually I try to buy online from Irish Companies to support local but Amazon is better for books.
