Sh*t company.
Sh*t company.
They don't care about the customer.
We lost one connexion flight one month ago, and we were flying in a plane from Condor also, and they didn't wait anything. We arrived 10 min of delay of the boarding time and they didn't allow us to go inside.
After it we made a reclamation because we were in our rights, and after a month I don't have an answer yet.
Terrible airline - never again!
Terrible airline! Bad communication, dysfunctional app (Online Check-in did not work for days so I had to take the last free seats on the plane) and unfriendly service at the airport on Teneriffa!

Flew return from London Gatwick to Bangkok via Frankfurt in June / July 2026.
Firstly I had no issues using the App or with online check in. Very smooth and easy to follow. I was offered a bargain upgrade to Premium Economy for €99 for each of the long haul legs which I readily accepted.
Ground and air crews were friendly and helpful. Food was as expected from any airline and regular drinks services. Clean onboard facilities.
The final connection to Gatwick from Frankfurt was cancelled at very late notice, these things happen its how they're dealt with that matters. I was rebooked very quickly and the delay had no real impact on my onward journey because I build in plenty time to my travel plans. I have applied for the compensation due and am just waiting for the response.
I would have no hesitation flying with Condor again.
This airline has been by far the worst…
This airline has been by far the worst airline I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. They lost my daughter's luggage for 2 days and when they found it they sent it to the wrong hotel. They are completely incompetent and disorganized. I will be avoiding using them in the future and advise anyone else to do the same. What a joke!
Poor service and ripe off
I booked a flight for my daughter to Africa, when wanting to change flights dates, she was advised there was a penalty fee ,we stated that were covered by the 24 hour policy as we made the adjustments in 28 hours,it’s been back and forth and we are stranded ,their phone numbers continuously say you have reached us out of office hours +4961716988988,+4961716988978,my daughter is 16 years old and she is currently traumatised by this experience and has been left in limbo, their customer service chat group is saying we will review the situation in 24 hours, thereby causing anxiety, the customer service support staff is very unhelpful,I hope the CEO reads this message as this damages your brand
My family and I flew with Condor from…
My family and I flew with Condor from Corfu to Frankfurt on Tuesday, July 14, and unfortunately it was one of the worst airport experiences we’ve had.
At the gate, just before boarding, a member of the ground staff started shouting at us because one of our carry-on bags was oversized. I immediately told her that it was not a problem and that I was willing to pay the required fee. Despite that, she continued to raise her voice and behaved in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner.
The situation became so stressful that my young daughter became frightened, started crying, and panicked. There was simply no need to treat passengers that way, especially a family with a child. Airline policies should be enforced professionally and respectfully.
I understand that baggage rules must be followed, and I was fully prepared to pay the additional charge. What disappointed me was not the policy, but the way we were treated.
Because of this experience, I will avoid flying with Condor again and cannot recommend the airline based on the customer service we received.
Shambolic flight from Prague to Frankfurt
What was supposed to be a short hop ended up taking several hours longer due to a flight delay that was never explained. The boarding process was disorganized. Communication was basically nonexistent. There was not enough room on the plane for all of the luggage. I will notify this airline again.

Subject: Your Response Regarding the Baggage Fees Charged
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
I take note that you refuse to issue a refund. However, your explanation is neither factually nor legally convincing to me.
What I find particularly incomprehensible is the following: On the outbound flight with Condor, I was charged approximately CHF 150 at the gate because my hand luggage was only a few hundred grams over the permitted weight. On the return flight with Swiss, under comparable circumstances, I did not have to pay a single franc. All baggage services were handled correctly and transparently there.
This comparison clearly shows me that this is not standard industry practice, but rather a business model of your company, which I consider disproportionate and customer-unfriendly.
In addition, I had already paid for my checked baggage. Charging such a high additional fee for hand luggage that was only slightly overweight is, in my view, completely unreasonable.
What irritated me particularly was the statement made by a staff member at the airport. When I pointed out that I considered the fees excessive, she told me in substance that this was completely normal at Condor and was done regularly. If this statement is accurate, it unfortunately confirms exactly the impression I have gained as a customer.
I will not continue discussing the amount. This is no longer about the money, but about the principle and the way you treat your customers.
I will not book any flights with Condor in the future and will share my experience accordingly. Every traveller should be able to decide for themselves which airline they wish to fly with. My personal experience with your company has unfortunately been clearly negative.
Nevertheless, I wish you all the best and continued success.
Kind regards,
Fritz R. Scheidegger
Bad airline Dont use them
Going to venice from SFO via frankfurt missed connecting flight because the window was to small and the re-inpection xray machine was broken. Condor made me pay for new tickets for myself and my granddaughter from frankfurt to venice $600 and since the tickets were purchased from a travel agent Condor wont talk to me and the travel agent says call Condor.
Just came back on Condor paid $20 and there onboatd router switch failed so 6 minutes of internet and no tv for 11.5 hours. Plus sests were like rocks . Zero padding
Condor completely ruined our vacation…
Condor completely ruined our vacation plan. We were late for our connection and had to spend two days at the airport, just to find out that there is nothing they can do for us. Apparently our rebooking is there but we didn’t have tickets…super bizarre! Rude customer service, in person and on phone. Money completely wasted! Stay away!
Golf bag (GB) paid for twice: unfriendly and incompetent customer service or systematic rip-off?
Golf bag (GB) paid for twice: On the Frankfurt - Cape Town and return flight in Business Class DE2291, I had to pay an additional €182 in Cape Town for a GB, even though the transport of this sports equipment was includet in the overall price according to the travel offer. Reason given: The GB was not specifically mentioned on the ticket. My booking confirmation stated under "alredy booked extras: 1 x XBGS". Information provided by the Condor agency via the hotline was: that's sufficient, GB doesn't need to be written down. The Condor Business Counter in Cape Town is operated by the subcontactor Bidair. They did not aknowledge this, were not willing to inquire with Condor, and recommended that I request a refund from Condor in Germany. After several email exchanges, the refund was rejected with the explanation: The exact reason for the debit was missing from Bidair's bank statements. I was told to take care of it myself. No contact person at Bidair was named. Bidair never responded to my inquiry. Furthermore, there was supposed to be the option to correct the ticket before/at departure, but this was stated differently by the hotline and the deparure counter in Frankfurt.
Option to add a carry on luggage was…
Option to add a carry on luggage was greyed out online on SFO to Frankfurt flight, contacted customer services, waited 1.5 hrs, was explained that contacting them via whatsup and waiting 1hr 30 min or calling to Germany were the only ways to add carry on luggage.
Flaky website, Uncomfortable seats
Fragile, unstable website forced me to contact customer service through WhatsApp for rebooking and also class upgrade. It took multiple attempts, each with long wait times, to get the job done.
Leg room in Economy is not enough if you're taller than 5'10". The seats are uncomfortably hard in both Economy and Premium Economy.
First experience with Condor
First experience with Condor — very disappointing. I purchased checked baggage (20kg) through Booking.com for €52. Due to a technical issue on Condor's end, the baggage was cancelled and I was asked to repurchase it directly through Condor. The price on the Condor website showed €39.99 per flight, but every time I tried to complete the purchase I received an error and could not finalize it. After contacting Condor via WhatsApp and phone, I was told the actual price is €106 for both flights — nearly double what I originally paid. The website price apparently does not reflect the real price for connecting flights, yet the system still shows it and lets you select it before failing at checkout. Hours wasted, and ended up paying double. Not a great first impression.
Awful clunky and unreliable website
Dreadful clunky website makes for a confusing and irritating booking process. So far I have only booked a short flight from London to Frankfurt and the unreliability of the website (I have tried different browsers) does not give me confidence that this is a reliable airline to travel with.
I will post a further review when I have actually taken the flight.
I am beyond disappointed with the way…
I am beyond disappointed with the way Condor has handled my reservation. What should have been a straightforward issue has instead become an endless cycle of contradictory information, wasted time, and complete refusal to provide meaningful customer service.
Your home office responded to me in writing and clearly stated that I could rebook my flight without additional charges. Naturally, I called customer service expecting them to honor the instructions provided by your own company. Instead, I was told there was "nothing they could do." How can your own home office authorize something that your customer service department refuses to carry out?
When I asked to speak with a manager, I was flatly refused. I was not transferred, I was not allowed to leave my phone number for a callback, and I was not given any avenue to speak with someone who had the authority to resolve the issue. I was effectively told that the first representative's answer was final, regardless of what your own written correspondence said.
I then asked what would happen if I simply canceled the reservation. I was told I would be charged more than **$1,000**. So my choices, according to your representative, were to either accept contradictory information from your company or lose over a thousand dollars. That is not customer service—it is holding customers financially hostage.
This experience has demonstrated a complete breakdown in communication within Condor. One department promises one thing, another department refuses to honor it, and customers are denied access to anyone with the authority to fix the problem. Refusing to allow a customer to speak with a supervisor or even request a callback is unacceptable for any airline that expects passengers to trust it with international travel.
I expect Condor to honor the written commitment made by its home office and allow me to rebook my flight without penalty. If your customer service representatives lack the authority to do so, then they should have a clear process to escalate the matter rather than simply telling customers that nothing can be done.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend Condor to anyone. An airline is judged not by how it performs when everything goes right, but by how it treats customers when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, Condor has failed on every level: inconsistent information, refusal to escalate, no managerial access, and threats of excessive cancellation fees despite written assurances from the company itself.
I'm a regular traveler to Europe. I work in New York and live in Spain
I'm a regular traveler from the United States to France and then to Spain on Air France I fly multiple other airlines also Condor is as bad as Iberian airlines. They don't care and rob you of the original services that they sold you. l paid for a premium accommodations and when I want to check in they erased everything and I had to pay for my luggage check in my luggage carry-ons. they ignored my receipt and they said I had to file a complaint with Condor
I am extremely disappointed by the behaviour of staff
I am extremely disappointed by the treatment my wife and our baby received from Stuart during their flight. His behavior was completely unacceptable.
Our baby was playing with the in-flight booklet from the seat pocket and accidentally dropped the safety card onto the floor. Stuart approached, picked up the safety card, then forcefully snatched the booklet out of our baby's hands and slammed it back into the seat pocket. He did so with such force that the tray table in front of the seat popped open.
There was absolutely no need to behave in such an aggressive and intimidating manner toward a woman travelling alone with a small child. The incident left my wife deeply upset.
What makes this even more concerning is that we cannot rule out the possibility that this treatment was influenced by prejudice, as my wife wears a hijab. Whether or not this was the case, the manner in which she and our baby were treated was entirely unacceptable and fell far below the standard of professionalism expected from airline staff.
As a result of this experience, my family has lost confidence in your airline. We will not be booking with your company again, and I intend to make this experience public so that others are aware of how my wife and child were treated. It is deeply disappointing that an airline would allow a member of its staff to treat a woman wearing a hijab and a young child in this manner.
Warning About My Experience with Condor
I am very disappointed with how Condor handled my case. YJWEVS
I booked my flights with Condor through the online travel agency Gotogate. Before my trip, I had to contact the agency due to unexpected medical circumstances. Based on the advice I received, I cancelled my booking because I was assured that I would be able to rebook my tickets at a later date.
About a month later, that request was rejected.
What makes this situation even more frustrating is that the original Condor flight was cancelled by the airline the very next day due to a strike.
Despite the fact that the flight itself was ultimately cancelled by Condor, the airline refused to provide a practical solution. Instead, I was referred back to the booking agency, while the agency referred me back to Condor. As a customer, I was left caught between two companies, with neither taking responsibility for resolving the issue.
I have spent months trying to resolve this matter through customer service, submitting formal complaints, and contacting consumer protection organizations.
I expected an airline to take responsibility when its own flight was cancelled and to work toward a fair solution. Instead, I experienced a complete lack of customer support and accountability.
My advice to other travelers is to be extremely careful when booking through an online travel agency. If any changes are required, make sure every promise is confirmed in writing, and don't assume that a cancelled flight will automatically result in assistance if your booking has already been modified.
I hope Condor reviews cases like mine more carefully and treats affected passengers fairly rather than simply referring them back to third-party booking platforms.
