I have emailed 3 times following up on an order with no response. Order placed at the beginning of June. It was a gift. Is this company a scam??

The quality of tracksuit is really great; considering it was a shipment to different country it was real fast- i am positivity surprised.

The clothes were too big and it was smooth to change them in order to get the correct size.

This tracksuite is hooottt, dont think twice, just buy it!!! The material is insane, so soft, the color is alsolutely stunninnn:o and even the zipper in my zip hoodie is cold because it adds to the style of whole set. Its just perfect piece that you need in your closet. After I got my order (I waited only a week), I immediately bought another set!!

I bought a pants and hoodie set for my son two years ago. After washing the items only a few times, I was unpleasantly surprised to find that two notches of the hoodie's zipper were broken, making it impossible to close it.
I also noticed that a lot of the sewing threads were already giving way.

My son and I were very disappointed with the poor quality of the 2 items purchased. In fact, the sale price (120€) suggested that the items would be of excellent quality. However, we unfortunately saw that this was not at all the case.

We could have purchased higher quality items on the Shein app, known for its low-cost streetwear items made in Asian countries.

In 2024, Cubsclo had not translated its web page into English (only German available)!!!
I contacted by email Cubsclo customer service in February 2024. They replied in German and sent me a DHL return label. We prepared the package and sent it by registered mail with return receipt. According to the Spanish Post tracking system, the package was hand-delivered to you on April 24, 2024. Since then, we haven't heard anything. We haven't been reimbursed. We haven't received a confirmation email. We haven't received a new tracksuit, we haven't received any updates whatsoever. Nothing…
In June 2024, I contacted customer service again by email. They didn’t reply.
In November 2024, I sent again an email. Not a word from them.

I tried one last time in December 2024, then I gave up. We lost €120, we returned the items, and all in all, we lost our money and our time dealing with a company that completely lacks professionalism, seriousness, and integrity. Needless to say that our son is very disappointed and sad because he can no longer use the tracksuit he bought with such illusion.

Great quality of clothes. Not too fast in delivery but worth waiting couple of days.

tracksuit arrived well and on time. but it became really bobbly after only one or two wears. i tried a bobble remover but it only did so much. not a huge fan of the material either. i made sure it wasnt a fake. would reccommend a different brand like bslm instead for sure

I do not recommend this store. I ordered a hoodie on December 1st and still haven’t received it. They keep saying that DHL lost the package, then claim they sent it again, but the tracking number they provide cannot be found. Total scammers! Be careful! Order number: 7C377808A3.

Fast shipping, good quality, true to size, product and shipping exactly as described. This is my second tracksuit, very recommended!

Hello, I do not recommend this store. Now I will explain why I do not recommend it, I ordered a zip hoodie on 28.11.2025, today is 08.02.2026 and I still have not received my product. Every month I wrote to support to find out about my product, to which in response I received "we emphasized that the delivery time is 4 weeks" Okay, I waited these 4 weeks, wrote to them constantly reminding me that I was waiting for the product. Then they wrote back to me that perhaps my package was lost by the delivery service and they would arrange a new delivery for me (they asked for the order number and my details) I wrote back to them everything they asked and to which I received the following on 21.01.2026 ( Thank you very much for your message.
We have organized a re-delivery for you; it is being processed and will be prepared for shipment at the next stage.
The delivery will arrive in the next few days. ). They are feeding me with their promises... I think it's clear why everything is so bad and it's better not to order things from this company.

reasonable prices and the clothing is super soft and the delivery is quick so overall a great clothing brand

No joke one of the BEST sweatsuits on the market atm!!! I purchased my gorg and literally favorite bronze green sweatsuit on cusbclo during black friday and I am so in love!!! and i am lowkey wearing it 24/7..🔥🔥 even my mom is confused when i'm not wearing it!! Definitely recommend it it is super comfy and even after countless washings in my washing machine it's still like brad new!! It's especially amazing during winter since it keeps me super warm and cozy!! One of the prettiest colors of fabric i've ever laid my eyes on!! Definitely planning on repurchasing an other sweatsuit soon!! I have my eyes on the black cherry sweatsuit atm!! And if any of you are still wrapping your head around on rather you should purchase it or not DO IT NOW!!! Worth every penny!! Also it's amazing shipping service (it even came on time during the package storm on black friday) so what are you waiting for?? Get your joggers NOW!

I currently have 6 tracksuits from here and they are all I wear, they fit perfectly and I always get so many compliments when I do wear them. I would 100% recommend buying from here.

I order from cusbclo already a long time and I love it the quality is gorgeous and for the price it’s really good it’s worth al mij money. It comes quick also to the Netherlands and they often have great deals

Terrible customer service! The "telephone number" is a joke. There is never anyone reachable. They only answer emails (if that).

My order was marked as "shipped" and one week later when it still hadn't arrived I asked where it is. Apparently when I gave my order they didn't have all the items in stock so they just didn't send the order (although I was notified that it was "sent" with DHL). Noone contacted me to ask if they should cancel my order or if I could wait for the items to be restocked. They offered no solution and no partial shipment of my order.

Despite requesting several times that someone call me to clarify what should happen with my order, they ignored my requests and only responded by email. My order was meant as a birthday gift for my daughter which was why it was imperative that it arrived on time. I am *still* waiting for confirmation that my order placed on 21 January has really been shipped... If my daughter didn't want this tracksuit so badly I would've instantly cancelled this order and never bought from them again. Do not recommend!!
