I'm very pleased with final outcome of the tiny spots film on my kitchen window.
I ordered this and the apple green film which was omitted from the initial delivery. However, after informing Brume of this omission the missing film was sent , a minor inconvenience.
I will use this product again.

Paid for made to measure, used a metal tape measure, measured twice. Used that tape measure for perfect blinds, no problem. Film was 4mm to long one way and 8mm the other way whichbibrealised when putting it on so had to cut the excess off. I emailed them and they got straight back and said they would check and if their mistake they would send a new one. That was about 2 weeks ago and not heard a thing since. I have no doubt they will reply to this to say it was cut to the correct size, but it wasn't.

The customer service I received when the wrong product was delivered was great - the person I spoke to resolved the situation very quickly and arranged for a replacement to be sent the next day which ensured I was able to complete my DIY project on time.

I ordered decal numbers for our front door. We have glass at the top. They arrived next day, even though I ordered them on a Sunday and were very easy to apply.

Quick delivery and good quality. It's obvious to say, but read the instructions a few times before starting! And you definitely need a partner in crime to help.

Great product, easy to fit and good price

Product arrived quickly and as ordered. Clear instructions and labels on the multiple sheets ordered. This is the second time we’ve used the products from Brume, very happy so hence our return!

Very easy to deal with, the products arrived within days and very easy simple instructions on how to put up the window decor perfectly.

The film arrived well packaged and pre cut to the dimensions requested. Fitting it to obscure the glass in a new office door was easy as there was no fiddly cutting to the right size.

I previously ought a sheet, thinking I'd just cut this to size but its harder than it looks with just scissors, you really need a cutting mat and scalpel/craft knife.

This pre cut one was much better, wish I hadn't asted money on the one you cut yourself.

We paid £160 for 4 window films with bees on them. Despite thinking it was a bit pricey, we did some research and Brume seemed like a reputable company, but how wrong we were!
The films were of such poor quality. We followed the instructions to a tee, but the films were so bad that even when carefully removing the backing paper away from the film, a couple of the bee shapes stuck to the carry tape and tore. Some of the leg shapes were also warped.
When contacting Brume, I got no reply, even though the founder 'Bev' says, "If you have any feedback, or want to say hi, reply to this email. We'd love to hear from you!". They obviously didn't want to hear from me because I just got tumbleweeds.
Given how much we spent, disappointed is a massive understatement!

I wanted to order a house name for a fanlight above the door. I asked some questions on the online chat, all answered very helpfully and quickly. I sent a proof design by email and this was also dealt with very helpfully after a couple of requested adjustments. It was delivered quickly, well wrapped in a strong tube. I carefully followed the clear written and video fitting instructions and it looks really good. The copper foil is very slightly brassy in appearance, but Brume do offer the option to obtain foil samples before you order. Price was very reasonable compared to buying etched glass. Will use again.

Great communication, fast delivery, clear instructions and I absolutely love the design and the effect of the light through my windows! It's taken me ages to find a solution I've been happy with, spray looked patchy, other film was really heavy, this is elegant (got the single seed head for two front bay windows) and really amplified the light when the sun shines through.

Excellent communication which made it seem simple to size our peculiar windows. Great product with clear instructions for fitting.
