Unfortunately, I didn’t double‑check the model of my coffee machine, and once the package arrived, it turned out that the replacement part didn’t fit. My bad.

Be very careful if you are ordering from the UK, as if you want to return an item it's going to cost you a fortune in tax! I thought we had ordered a single porta filler, but it was a double which we don't need.
It was going to cost more than the item was worth to send it back. It seems they don't supply single porta filters anyway.

An Epic Journey from March to July
One of the gaskets I ordered didn't arrive the first time or even after two reminders, after which I was assured that everything would be shipped, but apparently, no one actually shipped anything. The cost was negligible, but the total time spent yielded nothing.

You had ordered the IMS basket B681TH24.5E, and that is what you received.
IMS only make only one single 68mm basket, which is suitable for Gaggia.
It is one of our best-selling IMS baskets, with many positive reviews.
IMS classify it as 6/9 grams approx., but you could get up to 12 grams in it - depending on the coffee used, the freshness of the coffee or the grind setting.
We have a 30-day return policy if you need to return it.

The untracked option is very good value at just €5.00 but is untracked and can take up to 4 weeks from Ireland to Canada.

Sadly very poor after sales support, and their advice contradicts their website. They ignore messages with orders and have no drive to resolve unless you buy even more product.
I'm sure others may love them. I will take my business elsewhere as I have no faith they will resolve any potential future issues with further purchases
