Great purchase, excellent delivery, and super fast service. Very satisfied!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience with this store.

I placed my order on October 5, 2026. On October 11, I received an email informing me that my order was being prepared and would be shipped soon. Since the delivery was to Finland, the estimated delivery time was 5–10 days.

Today is November 1, and I still have absolutely no information about my order. It has been 27 days since I placed it, and more than 21 days since I was told it would be shipped shortly.

I have not received a shipping confirmation or a tracking number. I have also contacted customer support several times by email, but I have not received a single response.

What makes this situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. If there was a delay, if the product was out of stock, or if there was any other problem, the company could simply have informed me and explained the situation. Instead, I have been left waiting without any information or explanation.

I find this level of customer service unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, communication and basic respect. Unfortunately, my experience with this store has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.

I'm very pleased with my order, it was delivered safely to my neighbour and it was exactly as expected.

Fast and easy. Only caveat I wish I knew Iceland was going to cost about half of the hat I spent just to get the package into the country. Would love to see a customs estimate on the website if at all possible. Otherwise products arrived safe and sound.

I’ve had two completely different experiences with Fresh-store.eu. My first order was a complete disaster, and I was sure I would never order from them again. But they were the only store that had the product I was looking for, so I decided to give them another chance.

And I’m glad I did. This time, everything was flawless. The product, packaging, and delivery were all excellent — truly deserving of the highest praise. A completely different experience from my first order.

The worst company. I ordered on September, 5. I wrote them every day and they don't answer me.. more than 2 weeks and my order is not shipped. I want redund or andwer from them. But silence

Item ordered weeks ago and has not arrived. No updated tracking information and no response to email queries.

I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago they sent me an e-mail saying it will be on its way early but since then nothing. I even sent them an e-mail asking where is my order and they haven’t replied.

I ordered a perfume in July, but it was never delivered. The shop has not returned my money and completely ignores all my emails. Absolute lack of professional communication. Stay away from this shop!
