I paid a medical bill privately and asked for the refund afterwards handing in all the receipts. BKK firmus informed me that the prescription should have been issued by the seller and that this was the reason they could not refund the bill.

thanks for your message. Of course we're not happy that you made negative experiences with our customer service. No doubt thats not what we wanted.
But unfortunately it's like we've told you before: There's regrettably no chance to refund a recipe which was paid personally by a member before. You should have been informed about it in the medical supply store.
We wished that we had a chance to help you more in your situation but unfortunately there's no chance right now and we understand that you're dissatisfied about this.
We hope that we can convince you more from our customer services in the future.
