We got a new front door from Baskil. Dermot came out and was so helpful gave loads of options within our budget. We are delighted with the service and our front door looks amazing and loads of neighbours have commented on it. I cannot recommend highly enough. We recently had triple glazed windows and a new front & back Door installed by Baskil Windows and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from start to finish.

Dermot/Dermy our sales advisor, was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable without ever being pushy. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions and made the whole process completely straightforward. He was regularly giving us timeframes and was responsive at all times when we had questions. Topman!

The two fitters who came out were fantastic as well. They were efficient and extremely tidy, working to a very high standard and taking great care throughout the installation. You could tell they took pride in their work, absolute Gentlemen.

The transformation is honestly amazing. The new triple glazed windows have completely changed the look of the house, and we are genuinely delighted with how they have turned out\. The photos really show the difference, we look forward to noticing the heat efficiency we retain with our new windows in the winter.

A massive thank you to Dermot and the fitting team for making the whole experience so easy and stress free. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Baskil Windows to anyone considering new windows & Doors.

We recently had our new house fitted by Malachy from Baskil Windows. On Malachy's advice we dedided to go for the Passiv window with triple glazing. Wow, just wow. We actually cannot believe how good they look and how strong our doors are. We upgraded from composite doors to their Ultratech doors. We had read the reviews on Baskil and initially we were dubious of using Baskil. However as people often say you buy from people and we would certainly recommend anyone to contact Malachy. His product knowledge was excellent, his advice on designs etc were 1st class and his overall professionalism were outstanding. Quite a witty guy too, he just made the whole process seamless. If you're reading this and are wondering about Baskil just call Malachy. You won't be disappointed. Thanks Malachy and team.

Purchased two doors and a window. Really pleased with the results. The fitters were neat and tidy, everyone i dealt with in the company was efficient and pleasant to deal with and the doors and window look great!

Moved into my new house just over 4 years ago now. 2 handles replaced within this time. The last handle that broke I had to fix myself. My previous house had the same windows for 20 years without an issue. Also one of the windows wasn’t sealed right also had to get this fixed. Poor quality and customer service.

Baskil supplied and installed bifold doors for me a number of years ago. All flawlessly organised by Dermot. Brilliant service and excellent quality product which is still performing as good as it was after installation. Dermot turned the whole process around in no time from site measure right through to install. Everything about the process was seamless and all questions that were posed ahead of the order were answered confidently and promptly. I wohave no hesitation in using Dermot and Baskil again.

Dermot was a great help in choosing the right fit for us. Danny and Paddy were fantastic when it came to fitting the windows and door, the guys were fast, their work was excellent and there was little to no mess. Thoroughly recommend

Recent enquiry to them was likely the worst customer experience I have ever had regarding home improvements. Thankfully apart from my time wasted my enquiry didnt cost me wasted money. Their dreadful customer service a warning of what could have been, a disaster of a job. Buyer beware all I can advise. There are so many professional and helpful companies for Windows and doors. My advice, also check the very poor reviews on Google.

When I first met the Baskil rep Malachy he came and spoke to me regarding what windows / doors would suit my property - his advice was crucial - great advice resulted in a great product & we are so happy with the entire finish , some small issues I reported were sorted out within days & Mervyn the service rep was also so helpful
