I was enrolled in Basic fit for…
I was enrolled in Basic fit for 12months, and have absolutely no complaints about the gyms or staff I have dealt with over last year or so....but.....following that end date I did not attend the Basic fit gyms, but was constantly issued notices of missing payment....following contact with Basic fit Customer support, I have received this stating if you don't cancel your subscription 4weeks ahead of end date of 12month subscription, then they can bill you 'indefinitely' accordingly to their Customer support...see below..

Thank you for contacting our customer support.
If you have signed a contract with a minimum commitment period of 52 weeks and payments due every 4 weeks, you may cancel it no later than 4 weeks before its expiration.
If you do not do so, the contract will be extended indefinitely.
So please be careful if you sign up and be sure to make note to cancel 4weeks before you stop attending or the bill could get very large indeed.

I find that most things are still in English—for example, the postal code; you’d think they could do that in German. Also, after I signed up, I couldn't see the gym that’s near me. Even though that option was listed, I couldn't use direct debit to pay for it; I had to select PayPal instead.

Went to Torhout, great gym, very hygienic. Only downside is the parking places on busy days/hours. Else i have no complaints.
