After trying another competitor first who gave me the runaround I was pleasantly surprise to have such a sim transaction with back market. I got a quote for the condition the phone was in and they paid in full after they assessed the phone with no quibbling or trying tactics to reduce the price. I received the money around 5 days after I posted. They may not offer the highest price but they seem more professional than other who play games.

Found a great deal on an apple watch, and even when the first model I ordered had some technical issues, the exchange process was easy and fast. :) Would def buy here again!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered a phone 3 weeks ago and it hasn't arrived. Back Market supplied the wrong address to the supplier, so the phone got stuck at a UPS depot. Back Market then refused to contact UPS to correct the delivery address. Now the phone is going back to the original supplier in Italy. It doesn't have an ETA on when it will even get back to the original supplier, let alone actually get to me. Shocking delivery and shocking customer service. I have been weeks without a phone and so I am trying to cancel the order completely so I can buy from somewhere else ASAP. Even that is difficult as Back Market refuse to refund me until the original seller receives the phone. I provided the full complete correct address in the first place as it showed on my order confirmation. And I didn't pay a random supplier - I paid Back Market - so they should refund me ASAP. Sort it out Back Market!!!!

Buying from Back Market has been an absolutely miserable experience because of the disgusting incompetence and shamelessness of their trusted carrier UPS who first made up a completely fake delivery out of thin air to someone named "Pepe" who does not even exist in my three-family building while I was physically watching the door and absolutely no one showed up only to later feed me the cheap and ridiculous excuse that the package had flown back to Germany because the plane it was on suffered a mechanical breakdown keeping my money hostage and wasting my time as if it were worthless for two entire weeks just to insult my intelligence even further today by lying to my face again and updating the status to "delivered" when absolutely nothing has arrived at my house and all of this while Back Market washes their hands of the situation by coldly stating they have no idea where my purchase is and telling me to wait another three days to see if they will refund my money demonstrating a total lack of empathy and absolute contempt for the customer by treating us like absolute garbage that they can lie to and rob of our time with complete and utter impunity.

The phone itself is great, ordering was easy but the delivery service was dreadful. The phone was late arriving and was only delivered because I changed address to a drop off point. UPS had not even put a name in the new label. I had to chase numerous times and overall it just became really hard work!!!

My package was lost (or rather stolen, signed by someone who posed as me), and there is no way to reclaim the costs either from Back Market or from delivery co. In principle it's the Back market who should be responsible, instead they give you a runaround with FAQs and tell you to contact the delivery company, which brings nothing.

The first phone lasted 2 weeks and was sent back. They then sent me a phone that was supposed to be for the CHINA market, not the EU market and does not accept eSIMs. Now they won't refund me. AVOID.

The phone was exactly as advertised and works well

Bought an iphone 16 from here and have no complaints. Fairly quick delivery and the phone arrived in perfect condition. However, when I sent them my old iphone 13 to receive what they had estimated 192 euros for, they said they could only give me 1 euro for it - for reference the phone functioned well, just had a weak battery and one crack on the screen. Be wary when they say they will give you money for old devices!

I bought 2 phone and sold 1 with them. Relax, you can trust refurbished phones. Of course maybe 5% of them get faulty but they do a good work.

I bought an iphone 16 on February 2026. My experience has been so appalling thai I have filed a complaint with police for scamming: the phone’s IMEI was blocked as belonging to another user. Afters weeks and a couple dozen emails, BackMarket has proved incapable of solving the issue -I was happy to accept reimbursement and send back the phone. It looks like the phone had been stolen and put up for sale and BackMarket seems content to accept the fact.
