I always have excellent experience with Apo-Discounter from start to finish. The website is very well designed, making it easy and straightforward to find exactly what I was looking for. They have an excellent range of products, with a fantastic selection to choose from.

The prices are amazing and much better than many other online pharmacies. I was also pleasantly surprised by how incredibly fast the delivery was – my order arrived much sooner than I expected.

One of the reasons I chose Apo-Discounter is because I trust German products. In my experience, they are of outstanding quality and work exceptionally well, so it’s great to have such a reliable place to buy them.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the service, prices, product range, and speedy delivery. I will definitely be ordering from Apo-Discounter again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable online pharmacy.

I paid for my order but never received the package.
I contacted customer service many times and even closed my PayPal case as they requested.
Since then, they stopped responding and ignored all my emails. I still have not received any response from the company. They continue to ignore my messages.

I've ordered 4 boxes of milk for my newborn (order 49779114).

After almost 20 days I'm still waiting for the half of them (50€ worth of goods), with no information on when they'll be shipped. The company is also gladly ignoring all my mails. Just stay away from this company.

they cancelled my order 49000946 when, I assume, they realized the price was lower than expected. I ordered on Jan 2, 2026:

Moleqlar Magtein Magnesium-L-Threonate @ 29,99 EUR

They postponed the order delivery 2 times since and this morning they canceled it, saying "it's not currently available" ( folgende Artikel kurzfristig nicht lieferbar sind), however this morning I see higher prices for both and I tried to add it to the basket, says it's available today.

edit: prices are now 29.99 EUR and 30.99 EUR, respectively.

Selling out your company's reputation for a handful of euros...

edit #2 after the reply: that sounds like a fantastic plan for you and your internal needs, I just want to make sure you know I know you didn't do anything for me.

We order here regularly and the products are neatly packed and shipped pretty fast to The Netherlands (via DHL)

Very easy to find what I wanted in a very good price and super quick delivery.

I have ordered twice from this company a while back, and I am happy with them. I hoped they have kept price low, as the name suggests, but overally I am happy.

Have raised their postage/packing fee for outside Europe to a rip off price. I will no longer order there.

It’s just easier for me to write this review in English. Fast delivery, good prices and great communication. I was worried after seeing the original trust pilot reviews so I wanted to say it was a great experience for me.

Really great shop. Nothing to complain about. The delivery is fast, the products I am interested in are at a good price and the customer service-in case you need them-are really professional and helpful. I really recommend this shop. My only "complaint" is that I wish they had some sort of loyalty program for customers that purchase products from a specific brand (of cosmetics in my case).
But except of that, I highly recommend this shop.

Super service, good price. However packaging for such a small item was extreme. The very small item was packed in a very large Carton along with unasked for brochures and gift cards from other retailers

I'm satisfied with the products, but customer service is not available.
On Sunday I received a note that my medicament will come late, but without an exact date.
If they send a disturbing notification on Sunday (delayed medicament) they need to, at least, have customer service available on Sunday.
The help form for reclamation doesn't work, contact with a support service is extremely hard to get (live chat rarely works).
Until the current day, I didn't receive my medication, refund, or information on when my medicament will be delivered.

Update:

After the complaint, I received notification that my packet is shipped, but they didn't send me the track number or info when the packet will arrive, so it is at least questionable their sincerity.

My packet arrives, and I increase my rating to 3 stars.
I'm satisfied with products, but "apo-discounter.de" need to have at least decent customer support if they want a bigger grade (in my humble opinion).

Very fast delivery, from Germany to Croatia in 2 days. I love the option of payment via Paypal. Will order again definitely!

Bestellnummer 20864518. Ordered on January 2nd. Not delivered yet, which is not the main problem, but there's no update on the estimate, nor any way to check the new estimate or cancel the order. I reached out to customer service on the 7th, but I have no answer yet.
