Quick delivery, Good prices and uncomplicated.

Did cancel an order without explanation, even it was said to be available for delivery.
This is even worse as this is part of a weekly regiment and I cant order a substitute as its Friday late afternoon.
If you need on time delivery I would recommend ot to order here.
Additional, this is another name for DocMorris, what I just read. So,do ot order here believing you order with a German pharmacy!

This online pharmacy is a joke. Customer Service basically non-existent, old fashioned and useless. Rude, old-fashioned and not competent. They favorite line is „I don’t know how I can help you“.

I ordered a beauty drink supplement which caused digestive problems and to my surprise contained artificial sweeteners. After extensive research about that specific artificial sweetener and it‘s negative effects on digestion, I called to ask to return the product. That was denied due to the fact that I called 2 weeks later than their 14 days return period. Now I am stuck with supplements worth hundreds of euros.

One customer service agent just hung up on me. Another become extremely rude and annoyed at my request to explain the „why“ behind the regulations.

Yes Medpex had the best price for this product- but I woudl rather pay more next time, for more customer support and assistance.

Will never ever order from Medpex again.

Good offers, good service, at the shipping

There are not committed about the commitment. In website they are saying delivery with 24 hours. If you order before 6pm you will get it on next day. But reality is disappointing. I ordered on last Saturday and today is Wednesday and the status in website is still same like Saturday. The ordered is in progress still not packed and still not handed over to a courier company. Totally unacceptable and not recommended.

They send me scammy lottery ads without my consent. Disgusting.

I have made about 6 purchases. Out of those 6 purchases, 1 got delivered to a wrong address, it was the house of my relatives that go by same last name but live in another part of the country.
So keep in mind that they honestly just don't give it.

Another time they have simply not sent my package at all. After two weeks I wrote the customer service 2 times asking where the package was and did not get an answer at all. So I canceled the purchase. That worked.

Let's just say that packages from random Chinese platforms make it to me more reliably and in less time than when you order something from Medpex.

For the time I got my meds I could have gone to the pharmacy and taken them myself, so I wouldn't really say there's a point

I can not order at this shop. After numerous times of contacting them, weeks go by and they still did not do any effort to fix the problem. I am not able to make an order because according to their website my home address does not match the address connected to the DHL Packstation. Contacting them about this they are reluctant to do anything about it. And this is only for ordering a device.
At Amazon I have the goods delivered to a Packstation without all this hassle at Medpex.

good service. I have purchased an item and have requested an invoice on my behalf as I purchased the item but after numerous emails and complaints I have not received an invoice. When you treat your customers like this, it's normal to have a lot of complaints.
