Insulted Attacked Threatened

AXA Agenzia 7202 d"Ambrosio Francavilla Fontana. We are customer for several years. Afterwards it turns out that the price paid for car insurance was too high. As long as you pay - no problems. But when you need assistance: In case of problems: no help - no service. Can't have a normal conversation with employees. What we have never experienced before: attacked in the AXA office by a hysterical employee, insulted and thrown out of the office under threat. Called the police for help. Unacceptable unprofessional behavior. Warning: a company you should not do business with. Appropriate measures will be taken.
