My wife recently purchased a vehicle from Scott at Auto 2000 and couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, Scott was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. There was absolutely none of the pushy sales pressure you often encounter when buying a car, which made the entire process relaxed and enjoyable.

The vehicle matched its description and had a very fair price. What really stood out, however, was the excellent after-sales service. Scott worked extra hard to fix a few minor problems right away, showing he really cares about making customers happy. Alas, my wife tried to get 'Willow' the cat bundled in with the purchase, but Scott politely had to decline ;-)

The delivery service was excellent as well, making the entire purchase process smooth and convenient.

If we're in the market for another vehicle in the future, we wouldn't hesitate to buy from Scott and Auto 2000 again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an honest, straightforward, and customer-focused car-buying experience.

I have been looking for a model S raven for a while just missed one in glasgow so i decided to travel 180 miles to look at this and trade in my Volvo xc60 T8 hybrid just before i set off another Raven came up at a local dealership at MG chorley they could not open it 12 volt battery flat bad representation so i set off down London
I had seen the bad reviews on here and expected to get ripped off going all that way and not yet agreeing a trade in price for my volvo.But it was just the opposite he gave me a good price for mine and there was no pressure to buy in fact the wife loved it down there Scott helped me transfare my private plates and one of his lads showed me how to set up the Tesla app on my mobile avoiding the M6 rush hour and sent it the car, on the way back i pulled in to a tesla station £12 lol
I can not recommend Scott and his lads well enough.

The owner is very kind and approachable and didn't push the sale. He left us to inspect the car and test drive it so there is no pressure to buy. The facility is clean and offers plenty of space to view cars.
The car (Tesla model Y) was valeted and prepped to a very high standard and we nearly bought it, but after closer inspection it transpired that the rear N/S wheel arch was resprayed with visible transition (area above the wheel arch crease is visibly matte) and dust particles visible in paint (close to the bumper). In addition the boot lid was misaligned showing about 7mm gap on the left side and almost no gap on the right side with the top right corner protruding. The owner claimed that this is Tesla quality, but anyone viewing Teslas Y and 3s will know that all panels are aligned. It used to be a problem with model S but this example is definitely an incorrectly aligned boot lid after a repair or accident.
It seems that the boot was also resprayed (lower area just above the bumper was a bit uneven), but we didn't inspect it further.
I decided not to pursue this car, as it's concerning because the repair is not recorded anywhere and it's impossible to check if it was just to cover scratches or the car was in an unrecorded accident.
Several plastic trims inside were scratched (rear seat panel, rear roof lining, rear right door card and the boot), but the owner said that all those issues will be rectified. I guess these panels can be repaired/replaced, paint buffed and boot lid aligned (if not bent), but we decided not to buy this car as I don't want a resprayed vehicle for £25k.
I understand that garages don't advertise resprays and I should have asked, but buyers would expect that such reputable garages stay clear from accident repair vehicles.
My view is mixed, as I think that the place is worth visiting, but you have to be prepared to inspect every vehicle thoroughly.

I bought Tesla Model S long range 2019 with 42k miles and was delivered on the 16/02/2024, with loud noise infront of the car and a cut on the back tyre. The car was dirty on delivery and I missed the green mould on the window trims and scratches inside and outside of the car. Scott informed me the noise is normal and on the second day I drove it to Tesla for inspection and Tesla agreed the noise is not normal. The 6 months RAC warranty is a basic warranty as it has a maximum claim of £2k, maximum labour of £55 per hour and does not cover diagnostic. Please ensure you have a better RAC warranty before buying any product from this organisation as after sale is terrible and will not return your call. Also ensure you have an independent RAC or AA check as this might save you in the long run. I am lucky I got the noise fixed by Tesla on goodwill but has to pay for diagnostic.

Arranged finance and all sorted, only to be ghosted and then told the car had been sold to someone else. I find this type of thing to be highly unethical and question whether they should even be part of the approved RAC dealer network.

After looking for a Model S for some months I found the 2019 100D I wanted with only 67k on the clock at Auto 2000. I spoke to Dominic and he helpfully provided me with a walk round video highlighting any imperfections as I had asked for.

The deal was done and the car was driven up from their yard to Leeds to be handed over. Everything seemed fine at handover but over the next 7 days the vehicle kept displaying autopilot errors (seemingly linked to the door pillar cameras fogging up). This fault disables the autopilot completely until the car is restarted so you lose all the advanced safety features you take for granted. After 7 days I had a BMS (battery management system) fault stating the vehicle may not restart and my heart sank. No problem I thought, Auto 2000 deal in prestige vehicles, they must have top quality aftersales, how wrong was I.....

I informed Scott (the owner) straight away and was told to get it to Tesla for diagnosis, luckily it started and I managed to limp it to Tesla. Scott made a vague promise of getting me a loan car if Tesla needed it for more than a 'few days.'

Tesla are unable to give it anything other than a quick check on Saturday and tell me the fault is most likely not covered by the battery and drivetrain warranty. They won't know until they could look at it properly on Monday and they have no idea how long it would take to order parts to fix the issue.

I think about it overnight and decide to exercise my distance selling right to return the car. As soon as I tell Scott about this his reply is 'The car will need to be returned to us' . I asked how much they would charge to collect the car and he simply replied 'It would need to be returned to us if you want to reject the car'.

No customer service, no offer of help, no hint of aftersales car having spent nearly £30k on a 4 year old car that has lasted 7 days.

Scott then tried to persuade me to leave the car with the Tesla despite only having had it just over a week at this point and with no confirmation of a loan car or any timescale. I insisted I wanted to return the car as it was throwing errors up on a regular basis after such a short period of ownership.

Scott then told me it was over the 7 days return and it could only be returned if it had a major mechanical fault. I took a screenshot of their own contract which I had signed which clearly stated the 14 days for distance selling and he claimed to have gotten confused about which car it was, we will have to give him the benefit of the doubt for this 'confusion'.

I then had to arrange the car to be shipped back at my expense as Scott wasn't interested in even quoting to have their driver retrieve the car so I had to have it trailered down. I sent an email outlining all the issues with the car, the faults, the missing L from the Tesla badge (which hadn't been pointed out before sale) and the routinely fogging cameras rendering some of the major features of the car useless. I only asked I was refunded the purchase price of the car, I would swallow the £367 cost of returning the car.

Unfortunately I've just recieved my 'refund' after chasing it and it has an £800 deduction for mileage. No consideration of the hassle it has caused me having to get lifts, borrow other cars and deal with the stress of my dream car turning out to be a £28.5k lemon.

Do not expect 'Prestige' cars or aftersales care from this company.

Quite a disappointing experience towards taking delivery of the vehicle, which suddenly turns up a day early.
Luckily I was working from home that day, however this brought a load of extra work, such as getting in touch with the insurance company to adjust the dates, which would cost me extensively just to change the date 1 day early.
Also had to the tax the vehicle at the same time, trying to manage this at the last minute, whilst the driver wanting to leave asap as he had a train to catch. Note that the delivery was agreed to be a flat bed- trailer delivery, not being driven 200+ miles!!
Also sole the car at 70k miles, but had an extra 3 k miles !

Raised this with the 'owner' who had his own sob story of his trailers being stolen conveniently a day before, but the least that they could have done was pick up the phone and discussed delievry dates, in place of a surprised delivery.... what would have happened if I wasn't at home!!

btw, Scott the owner has a strong attitude and really needs to pipe down.

Quote "you lot always want more more and more, you got a massive deal and still expect me to clean the car, valet it and also remove scratches!!"

Car was sold over the phone and was expressed that the car was clean with no scratches and immaculate!!

Think twice before dealing with this place.
