Do not touch this product. My UNICO EDGE 30 HP never took the room down below 24 degrees C and broke within the two year warranty period. I could NOT GET even a response from the help line to get it fixed. That is to say that the operators HUNG UP on me 7 times in all. I give up now. It cost 2,300 Euros and there is no after service that works. I am going to have to buy another AIRCON with another company.

the Glacier 16P machine itself is great. Works very well and is much quieter than our last aircon.
The problem is the air hose attachments - absolute crap! you move the machine the slightest bit and it all disconnects. We've had to tape everything together and to the machine. We are dreading the thought of pulling it apart for storage over winter and then having to assemble it again next summer.

I bought 3 units Unico Edge 10 HP…
I bought 3 units Unico Edge 10 HP directly from a retailer in Italy, delivered to Germany. After less than 1 year, 2 of the 3 (the ones most used) have issues, one has a short circuit with the auxiliary heating and the other vibrates. The manufacturer and the retailer do not want to follow up on the 2 year EU wide warranty unless I take them out and ship them, deliver them somehow to their location in Italy. I'd need to pay my installer to take them out, be without heating / AC as this is my primary heating / cooling system and spend hundreds hoping for a courier to go there and deliver them safely.. all on me as the end-customer.
Edit: I immediately responded to the manufacturers comment and did so. No response yet after a few days. 2 Stars -> 1 Star

maestro pro 12 hp not powerful and error prone
We purchased and had installed the Olympia maestro pro 12 hp. We also thought the all-in-one design was great and the fact that no hard wiring was needed, but like a lot of others here the pump simply isn't half as powerful as a traditional heat pump and can't keep our room cool at all. We also constantly get error messages and the unit shuts itself off/ restarts. We've had the installer come out several times but is unable to find any issues, or so they say. All in all definitely wouldn't recommend this unit.

I love my Olimpia Splendid…
I love my Olimpia Splendid dolceclima12.000 BTU WIFI portable air conditioner, my room is 17ft long and 12ft wide and it cools the room down well.
It Isn't as noisy as other brands either considering the mid price range.
I have another two units from different (cheap) brands and they sound like a jet engine when in use, you really cannot watch tv with them on but this machine is my best purchase out of all of them, its well worth spending the extra to get a smoother, quieter sounding machine.
I am that happy with the brand I have just purchased the 8.000 BTU compact for my mum as she has health issues that are made much worse by the heat and we both have lung issues, these machines literally can save lives especially with the earth getting hotter as time goes on.
They don't use a fraction of the electricity that my cheap units use so they are very efficient and effective.
The app is also great, its slick and has some great features. You can turn your unit on remotely so if you have animals and the temps get too high you can put it on from wherever you are and keep your fur babies comfy.
You can also set the machine to come on once it gets to the temps that you set.
Gone are those hot muggy sleepless nights, you wake up a lot more fresh.
I really have nothing bad to say about this brand whatsoever.

A Letdown for Winter Heating
This all-in-one heat pump is not what I hoped for. It’s supposed to be a modern, efficient heating solution, but the performance is poor, especially in colder weather. It takes ages to warm up, and the heat output is minimal. I feel completely let down by this purchase and wouldn’t buy from this brand again.

Overpromised, Underdelivered
The all-in-one design seemed like a smart choice, but the heat pump just isn’t powerful enough. It’s been especially disappointing in the winter, where it struggles to heat even a small room. I reached out to customer support, but they were no help. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone looking for reliable heating.

Not Suitable for Cold Weather
I was excited about the all-in-one functionality of this heat pump, thinking it would be an energy-efficient way to heat my home. Unfortunately, it barely works on colder days, and I end up using a space heater to compensate. It’s also surprisingly noisy, which makes it difficult to relax or sleep. Definitely not what I expected.
