I am a return customer to Oxio internet because of their great prices and fast response time from a real human in customer service!

I signed up for service, and a modem was sent but they didn't activate service. Modem was cheap re- purposed crap, no connection cable included as well. Went to find a number to call to ask for help with getting my services activated and was horrified to find out they ONLY USE AI CHAT BOTS FOR EVERYTHING- like EVERYTHING! If you need help you are completely out of luck. I cancelled my activation and sent my modem back before I ever had internet from them. To this day- no refund for the pre-paid services, and every time I inquired about it the idiotic Chat Bot would ghost me. WORST COMPANY EVER for internet, absolutely not worth saving a few dollars. Do not support this business model.

Have been with Oxio for a good while now and things only seem to improve with them. The equipment they provide is fantastic, the internet speeds stable and very affordable! We recently made a move and it was virtually seamless! Can't say enough about them and I highly recommend them to everyone!

I've not had any issues at all . Quick shipment of my equipment, easy setup and great customer service and support with very fast response times and can't beat the price point compared to cogeco who constantly raise their base prices.

Wifi was working fine for years. Became extremely spotty this past Friday. Could not get a hold of anyone until Sunday night (no option for a phone call, just glitchy chat and messaging options to contact someone.) Was offered an appointment during very inconvenient time periods "starting tomorrow" but was then told I was not a priority enough to be given a next day appointment. I made arrangements to miss work and be there for the first appointment offered to me. Now I'm being told the earliest time they can come is over a week away.

horrible horrible experience, I will be looking to switch to a competitor.

Great prices and great service! Setup was easy and the service is as good as Rogers or Fido but a lot cheaper, and Oxio locks in your rate. So far, the internet has been reliable. I'm glad I found these guys!

Impossible to connect to customer service.

We originally contacted Oxio about connection in the first week of August 2026. Made an appointment for installation on August 29 between 8-10 am.
No technician showed up. We followed all the instructions for setup and tried messaging Oxio a number of times on August 29. Finally gave up at 10 pm. Started to contact again on August 30 and still no help. Messaged again on August 31 and was finally told the the technician could not complete setup and we need to rebook for September 1 or later, this also depends if the technician can be verified because they use Rogers lines.
So, since August 29 to August 31, we have not had any internet, no customer service and a extremely bad experience.
Since they only communicate via email and text I would not recommend this service.

Extremely bad service. Technical support doesn’t respond for days. You have to talk to their useless and frustrating AI assistant. If you get lucky, a real person can text you, there is no voice assistance. For the set up you need to buy your own cable.

I am so grateful I made the switch. After hours of researching many companies I landed on Oxio. They have cut my internet cost in half, the set up and activation took less than 5 minutes, and I didn't need a technician to come in and install something. Oxio is saving me time and money.

The price cannot be beaten for the service you get! I ordered Oxio to try out in comparison to my previous provider and with the first month free promo it was risk free! It was so much faster and half the price I cancelled the other provider within 2 days! Very happy customer!!

Overall the process was fairly easy that even myself was able to setup. Like that the statements are fixed with no unexpected surprises. Have to say pretty happy so far.

So far, we’ve had a great experience with OXIO! My sister recommended them, and we were able to get our first month free with a referral code. I’m a university student, so I really appreciate how customizable and affordable the plans are!!!

We had a small issue with a missing coaxial cable when our equipment arrived, but customer service had a replacement sent out within minutes, and we received it the next day!

Our technician, Darrell, was fantastic. He arrived right at 8 a.m., called us when he got here, and made the installation quick and easy. He was super friendly, funny, and helpful, and even helped us get the internet speed we needed. He was also so kind to our cats! (:

Had the 80$ OXIO package for 14 months, only switched because I moved. Over those months, I experienced almost 0 internet issues, with consistent, fast speed. Their prices were very competitive for my area, and installation was super easy.
I failed to return the equipment on time during my move, but customer support was quick to help me out and the issue was resolved without any hassle.
Its unfortunate to see other people did not have the same experience, but I would absolutely return to OXIO in the future as an ISP.

Oxio is a great company that offers excellent internet prices where everything is included (delivery and rental as well as any returns of equipment) all for a cheap price. There was the odd time I needed to rest my modem but in the app it would regularly track it and fix issues. They also do not bother you with promotional calls which I really appreciate.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Slow, clunky, and unhelpful. It took more than a week to replace my modem when it broke.

Long wait times, ridiculous hoops to jump through. The AI bot was useless and the representative (Kathy) was less than helpful.
