$33.90 CAD for 25GB and unlimited USA and Canada calling and texting. (June 2025) Fizz is by far the cheapest mobile phone service provider that also has good coverage. I'm regularly in the USA a... See more

Worst customer service experience of any provider in Montreal.
This company is a scam the customer…
This company is a scam the customer service agent I got was a complete loser instead of explaining anything he just wanted to get mad and demand screen shots of things I have no idea about. All in all I would not recommend this company at all. But yet I have prepared for a month purchased a new SIM card so I guess all that money is now wasted. Horrible company experience.
The service is awful
The service is awful. Fizz only communicates via a chat bot, I never connected with a real agent. The router arrived and connected as per the instructions. Tried for 2 days but nothing. The router was returned within the 15 day window. Fizz claims they did not received the router and billed me over $250.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. No help whatsoever. I've never been late on a payment but because I had to get a new card set up and couldn't do till over 24hrs later, they cut me off. They chat assistant was a total a-hole too. I said I'd been a client for 3 years was absolutely no issues and he said there's nothing he could do. How's that for customer appreciation?? I'm going to find another company that has client services and definitely better wifi. Speeds up and down. Losing wifi or connectivity totally during a big event. Screw fizz. They are the absolute worst.
Could give a zero I would I ordered…
Could give a zero I would I ordered they couldn’t get my phone connected. I cancelled and they haven’t returned my money. Do not do not better. You burn your money or give it away.
Worst service possible
Worst service possible. Basically only a bad AI to answer your questions, no phone number. Internet keeps shutting down multiple times per day.
Waited a month for nothing, got fed up, refunded and switched to another company
Terrible experience; waited a month for installation (1 installment appointment was scheduled, had to be rescheduled 3 times), 3 out of 4 times were no-shows, and the singular time they showed up (the 3rd time), they evaluated the place and said they would come back the next day with the proper equipment, and then didn't properly communicate how to reschedule, made me wait another week, and proceeded to not show up. I lost faith in their process because they offered no other alternative system to reschedule, provide me any sort of priority/expedited process given the situation, so I asked for a refund. Got the refund, but the communication was terrible, especially from customer support, on each occasion. There is no phone number to call, just a chat on the website and they do not respond in a timely manner.
I originally tried Fizz because they were recommended by a friend as easy and quick. I guess they got lucky. I'm a university student, in the middle of studying for midterms - I physically couldn't study at home because of Fizz's inability to communicate and be timely.
Perfect 👌
This is owned by Vidéotron. We have 3 cell phones with them and it has been nothing less than great for 5 years and ongoing... Can give my wife some of my data and if my plan gets better and costs less, I can switch with a click of a button. Go, you won't regret it. Please take note that there's no customer service that can speak with, online only. I never had any problems reaching them for anything
I got a SIM card for Ontario
I got a SIM card for Ontario, and since two days ago, I can activate my plan, and the funny part is that when I reached out to them, I was told they can't do activation either :D
I don't know what to do
Would have given zero start if…
Would have given zero start if possible. Customer service is not helpful. The cancellation of the subscription was pending forever, and I needed to cancel the credit card to terminate the service. I was charged an additional 4 months (unused service) and couldn't get a refund. AVOID FIZZ AT ALL COST.
very affordable and reliable
very affordable and reliable
I have great experience with them and their perks and referral bonuses as well;
always got good service via website when needed
I would like them to have the option to transfer same phone number from one account to another fizz account, but otherwise super satisfied
Worst customer service ever!
This is the worst company i deal with, the customer support is almost non existent.avoid this company in any cost.
DEEP deep discounts to sign up
Holiday Pricing for 6 months... I was unable to port or transfer my old phone number (from Rogers). Cant say if both Mobile Carriers are swamped with requests or what failed in the transfer. Otherwise Great Option if phone is paid off (S21) and Old Phone (S7 from 2016) still works great... Time will tell if overlap with Freedom and Rogers SHARED infrastructure keeps everything humming along nicely.
What a joke
People say the coverage is good. Guess they never had to TRY to reach customer service. You can’t. Period. Ever. No phone number and bots from the discount aisle to answer questions. Sounds like a winning formula.
Don’t do it
Don’t do it. Just don’t do it.
6 hours on Chat… yes, 6 hours. No service in the West Island. SOS only. Could not make outbound calls or reply to texts. Tried to transfer back to my old company, when they sent the text asking if you confirm the request? I could not reply Yes. They had a number… I could not call..Had to chat again. Hell.
Unbeatable price for service
For the unbeatable price, and service provided, I really can't recommend Fizz enough. Customer support is only online and no call, so if you are highly relying on cell phone reliability, Fizz might not be the best fit for you. For internet, service has been really good and the few times that I have had issues, they were fast to either fix it on their server side or quick to send someone over.
Fizz is a bunch of greedy bastards
Fizz is a bunch of greedy bastards who offer no service. if you are one day late in payment, you get disconnected. On top they force you to use a credit card. No other way to pay. I wish I had never heard from them.
UPDATE; 6 days later, still no service.
Ported my number..went…well
Ported my number..went flawlessly.bought my phone from them so saved on my plan for the next 24 monthwhich is nices..no complaints...web interface works well so you can adjust your plan as needed...plus i got the 25 dollar benefit from referral.so all in all it was a great experience and their prices are very competitive...
Sucks
Delivery guy pretty much ran away after dropping the modem and checking the cable. The lights on the modem did not correspond with the pamphlet. Spent 5 or 6 hours on the phone to no avail. Then, they were supposed to send a technician on Saturday. Waited all day and nobody showed up. No email, no sorry...nothing! I HAVE ALREADY SENT EVERYTHING BACK. FIZZ SUCKS
Missleading advertised speed
Paying for 400 mbps and regularly getting less than 50. Scam product
