I ordered Saturday; checked delivery times and choose delivery for 1-2 days. Early Tuesday morning, the package hadn't been sent; it was sent later, and arrived Friday evening.
There were nobody answering the phones, and when I tried to cancel the order, all I got was a impolite email saying the package would arrive the following day (Wednesday), and I would have to return the package to cancel the order (this is not actually true, I couldn't refuse collection of the package).
The product, when received was crinkled and not optimal for the use (a training matte should lying flat, not crinkled).
All-in-all a very disappointing interaction.
deliver method is convenient (by box in a shop center).
Service was good, the grip tape was not the best, but everything else was perfect. Thanks
I did not receive one article out of 3 articles mentioned on the packing list. Article PUT002 PuttOut PuttMatta Golf Grön was not inside the Box.
Due to Swedish site this review will be in Danish and English afterwards.

De glemte en børste i 1 omgang, rettede henvendelse til den via mail, og 2 dage senere var den fremme. ( Skal lige tilføje, at den blev sendt fra Sverige, så det var hurtigt.
Hjemmeside er let overskuelig.
Priserne er nede i et pænt niveau.
Udvalg er godt og bredt.
Betaling føltes trygt og sikkert.
Alt i alt et rigtigt rart sted og handle.
Jég kan varmt anbefale og kigge forbi dem..

Thetøy forgot a brush for my clubs in the 1 parcel, wrote an email to customer service, and 2 days later it arrived. It was sent from Sweden to Denmark, so it was/is very quick it came. (It can easily take 3-4 days to arrive).
Website was/is easy to use, and very user friendly.
Prices are cheap and competitive with anybody else on the market.
Selection of brands is very good.
Felt secure when I should checkout and pay with my credit card.
All in all a really comfortable, nice, and good site to do my shopping on..
Recommended without hesitation.
