Avoid avoid avoid. I will report to trading standards as coat not what advertised as. Returns have to be paid for with threat if not within 30 days no refund yet it took about that to get to me as it comes from China. Never buy from them

Very bad service still waiting for you order. And they are scammers. Said free delivery.but I paid for delivery. Said DPD is delivery for company but is not. Said 2-4 days delivery. Waiting already 2 weeks. Said it's Amsterdam Nederland. But actually I went and checked it's from China. So I can imagine that quality will be bad. I paid a lot money.

I ordered two sweaters and they look nothing like shown on the website. They were shipped from China so they took awhile to arrive. Super small sizing. Horrible quality. One of the sweaters looks like it was a returned item. It was stuffed into a ripped plastic bag and was halfway hanging out of the bag. Not folded. Just balled up any which way. So disappointed. I will be returning these. Would not recommend.

I am writing another review about my experience, as i am so frustrated with this company's responses. I have had an ongoing email correspondence with them about a refund for shoes which did not arrive. To cut a very long story short, their responses are obviously AI generated as they are very long and overly wordy. They continually say issue has been passed to the relevant team and ask me to be patient for another couple of days. I lost patience weeks ago, but have no idea how to contact an actual human. The only positive thing I can say is that I am now far more careful about who I buy from online.

J'ai pris ce cabas Cecilia pour la fac car j'en avais marre des sacs à dos. Mon ordi et mes gros classeurs rentrent sans problème dans les 35 centimètres de large. Le similicuir grainé fait vraiment habillé. J'avais un doute sur la bandoulière, mais Sarah du service client m'a rapidement confirmé par mail qu'elle tenait bien le poids. Elle est juste un peu raide la première semaine, après elle s'assouplit en la portant en croisé. Les petites poches intérieures m'aident bien à retrouver mes clés le matin sans devoir tout vider. Très contente.

I am a practicing Buddhist & ordered a cooler from this website, assuming it would arrive the date promised. The purchase was for my spiritual Buddhist mentor, who 'selflessly' found his valuable time for me, of which I am forever grateful. Unspiritual Companies as above will have to answer for their unjust behavior "on the other side!"
However, I still forgive & pray for them!!!!

BIG SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM PLEASE! They selling cheap rubbish from China and if you not happy they asking to returned to China otherwise no refund. I do not even belive if returned to china you get refund. They do everything not to refund.I have bad expierence. Ordered 3 in 1 purifer, cooler, jonizer fan. Waited 2 weeks to find out there is no hepa filter inside no UV light just engine so I have just very expensive fan which is very noisy even on the lowest mode. Quality of the product is also very poor and weak. I have contacted customer service and that is one good thing they respond quite Quick but when I asked to return a product and want full refund they asked me for video of missing part so they can pass it for technician team and now I have to wait another 2 days for what they say. On the website you can read that you can return product without reason in 30 days but that is not true. Be carefull.
After misleading information and insisting to accept credit I have returned item to the return address on the posting label on packaging Edward unit 5 nexus close central way Feltham but looks it is fake address. After that they ask me to return to China on my own cost so obviously it is a scam.

A fuir. J'ai commandé un pantalon en lin blanc à rayures Kaki en lin. J'ai reçu un pantalon blanc à rayures bleu dans une matière élastique de très mauvaise qualité qui n'a rien à voir avec du lin. L'enseigne refuse de prendre les frais de retour à sa charge et estime que le produit est conforme.

Ce site est une escroquerie, j’ai commandé et je n’ai jamais reçu ma commande, ils sont injoignable, l’adresse e-mail est inexistante. Le numéro de téléphone n’existe pas.

Nice shopping experience. The item met my expectations, and customer support was responsive when I reached out. Delivery was slightly delayed.

The website is misleading man but quality is cool tho.

I am writing to escalate an urgent issue regarding my order placed on 17 November 2025 from Isabelle-mode.

To date, I have not received the product, nor have I received any clear update regarding its status. Despite multiple attempts to contact support, there has been no response, which is extremely concerning.

At this stage, it appears there may be a serious issue with the supplier or order fulfillment process. I request that this matter be investigated immediately and that I be connected with a responsible person who can assist in resolving this issue.

Kindly provide one of the following at the earliest:

A confirmed delivery timeline, or
A full refund for the order

I would appreciate prompt communication and a clear resolution path.
