The transfer driver was happy to bring forward the pickup time from the hotel to the airport by one hour, so this was convenient for us.

During my trip to Istanbul, the Ali Tour driver, Batuhan, was extremely helpful. He was very kind, friendly, and professional. We were not expecting the car to arrive so quickly, but it arrived immediately. The vehicle was very clean and well maintained.

However, there is one thing I did not like. When making a reservation, you cannot see which company will actually provide the service. I believe this is definitely the wrong approach. Customers should know which company they are choosing.

I travel frequently, and this was my first time making a reservation through Mozio. I would like to continue using Ali Tour, but I have no idea how I can make sure that my future reservations are assigned to them.

We booked their rides for to & fro from the Bangkok Airport and our Hotel in the month of August 2026. Honestly speaking, we had a great experience with them. The staff were courteous, cabs arrived on time and the drivers were very professional and courteous. The quality of cabs was very good in terms of comfort and other features. Would definitely recommend its service to others.

My pickup and return to the airport were without incident. I appreciated the prompt and courteous service both times. It is comforting to know that there are services so dependable. I was also impressed with the online booking process.

Mozio assigned drivers for my trip, but notified me that they actually assigned different drivers. This put me in a dangerous situation. I had no idea who was supposed to be picking me up and who had access to my personal information, including phone number, flight info, etc.

The driver that they assigned was deceptive and aggressive. He showed up 20 minutes early and then lied about where he was. He argued with me about my pickup time and made sure to tell me that I'd be charged for the trip after i refused the trip. I felt unsafe after he continued to call and text me after I refused to ride with him.

After contacting support, nothing happened. They sent me a survey that I completed, and then they replied that someone was working on my case. After 2 weeks of no response, Mozio sent another survey.

The company presents a threat to users' safety and therefore should not be used by anyone.

Our driver was wonderful! Richy was on time, and very friendly. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and large enough for our needs. It was a great experience all around. Mozio is terrific!

Very good service - good communication and clear instructions on where to locate driver when arriving at airport. Collection for transfer home on time - driver friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered that we had accidentally left our son’s suitcase at Antalya Airport. Our driver contacted his colleagues, who immediately went looking for the suitcase. They kept me updated via WhatsApp and eventually found it. They brought it to the Lost & Found department and informed me, so I could then continue arranging everything with TUI.

The driver was very patient when he had to wait for all of our party at the airport. Both journeys collection and return the drivers were very helpful, punctual and friendly.

I would like to give no stars. MOZIO is a rip off and a scam. I booked with them through Priceline and Black Mercedes truck was supposed to pick us up and bring us back. A mini van smelling of fresh cigarette smoke came to pict us up both ways. I contacted customer service you have to email and can’t speak with anyone. No resolution at all I spent $199.00 and they offered $17.00 back. So I was basically scammed out of my money. All they do is email you back and for the with the lies. I sent the proof of both pick ups and they did nothing but sent a email for $17.00 refund. I will never book this company again and will advise everyone I know this company is a big ass scam.

I met the Driver at the meeting point as I was directed on the email sent to me . The gentleman greeted me and was understanding of the slight flight delay . I only had carryon so no waiting for luggage . Arrived at the hotel driven with care . Very good service . Thanks
