These supplements are garbage
These supplements are garbage. I’ve never had such low quality creatine before. I have to mix a teaspoon with a liter of water and it still messes up my stomach. The whey protein I wouldn’t even say is water soluble. These were the cheapest supplements I could find online and it’s been a very disappointing waste. I can’t even mix them together cause they give me a stomachache that makes me sick for an hour. Like really sick.

Everything I’ve ordered was in great shape and the products are very good. Packages are tidy and the delivery super fast. One of my best supplier! One of the product I always order from them is MCT oil powder is the best on the market and the price is really low compared with other brands. Great job ❤️
