A first class company
I have bought a camera plus a few extras like UV filters. I can not fault them. An excellent company with excellent after care. I have written two requests for a clarification and the response came in less than three hours.
Having ordered a relatively expensive camera and one or two extras the delivery system is first class. Everything has arrived within 24 hours.
Highly recommend them.

I ordered on the 2/10 a godox…
I ordered on the 2/10 a godox speedlite. Now after inquiry from my side, I got told that my order got cancelled. This happened without any notice. They claim an email was sent on the 2/10 and the 4/10. I only received an email of confirmation and my money got withdrawn via paypal. A refund has not happened although my order got cancelled.

We did receive your order on the 02/10. But the Intracommunity VAT number that you mentionned was invalid, and thats' why we couldn't validate your order.
We have contacted you on the 02/10, in order to clarify the VAT number. We contacted you again on the 04/10. We have never received any answer and thats' why we had n o choice but to cancel your order, on the 07/10.
At the same time we also did the refund. Please note that the delay to get the refund depends on your bank.
All the messages that we send to you are available in your Missnumerique customer account and a copy is also sent by email. Don't hesitate to check your account, so that you don't miss any message.

Everything arrived on time here in Ireland.As it was promised. I ordered twice different photography equipments. The price was competitive, the packaging good and the delivery fast. But the best thing is that you can easy talk with a human been by phone and they are very helpful. I have to say I talked with them in french. So overall very happy.
