Never again!
On 12th of July I paid money to this company to deliver me a product ordered. It suppose to be delivered on 14th of July by DPD but that never happened. Today is 20th of July.
Both seller and delivery companies kept saying it was delivered then they stopped reacting ar all.
Don't trust MarketOnWeb as well as DPD. These 2 companies have no responsibility or respect to their customers.
So now, I have to ask: my bank, Consumentenbond, associations where these 2 "companies" are associated, ACM ConsuWijzer, etc.
These 2 companies seem to do business from taking money and not delivering ordered items. So, instead of an item ordered, I got a problem I've paid for with my own money.
Don't ever buy anything from MarketOnWeb or accept delivery from DPD!!!
P.S. 21st of July: MarketOnWeb - stop this lyes! You never requested any document and don't contact me at all after first 2 days.
Besides, what kind of document could you, possibly, request in this case? It was me that requested you to provide me with proof of item delivered! Which, of course, I never received because it never happened!
After your lies even here, instead of feeling sorry for causing trouble to the customer and keeping saying lies, now I am absolutely sure, you are the fraudster.
Fortunately, there are many effective ways to sort that out, including, UNIZO.
Stop bragging lies, pull yourself together and act responsibly, at last!

Chemical with expired date!
One of the products included in the pack- namely test stips for pool water test kit is expired from May 2026. I wrote to support twice and received no answer back. Given we talk about pool chemicals this should have been handled better in terms of checks or at least some courtesy in answering and sending another product

Delivery two late, package leaking. This was the second time i ordered, firts time went bad as well but i wanna give it a try because maybe was my bad luck.
