Ordered a personalised teddy for my Granddaughters graduation from Playschool received it next day just exactly as ordered. She loves her teddy. I had searched a lot of websites for one as they mostly catered for college graduation, delighted when i found this one as i could put my own message on his t-shirt. A brilliant service will be are returning customer and best of all it is fully Irish owned. If you have any query they respond very quickly.

The parcel came ripped at the side ,and some items fell out , tried to fix it back together but doesn't have the desired look, very disappointed with my first order
I didnt contact you as I needed to give the gift and there was no time for a replacement and to be honest I shouldn't have to spend time ringing or emailing when it was never going to change the outcome given the limited time frame

This review is the first time we have been made aware of the issue. We have checked our records and unfortunately cannot see any emails, calls, or live chat messages regarding the parcel arriving damaged. We would never expect a customer to try to repair a damaged product themselves. In situations like this, we always recommend contacting us directly as soon as possible by email, phone, or live chat so one of our agents can assist straight away.
Your order was for one of our mini hamper gift sets, and if any damage occurred during delivery we would have been more than happy to investigate this with photos and arrange a replacement for you. Unfortunately, as we were not contacted before the review was left, it did not give us the opportunity to rectify the situation.

Made a mistake on my order and…
Made a mistake on my order and accidentally ordered the same thing twice. They spotted this and called me first before I had a chance to ring them. Very friendly and helpful and issued me a refund straight away. Parcel arrived the next day. Great service, I’d highly recommend!!
