One of my favourite brands for a reason!

I purchase a couple of items in Tala and had an issue with one of them. I got in touch with the customer service and Jade supported me promptly. It was my first purchase in Tala and I would shop again. Great customer experience, I was impressed.

Customer service was very helpful

Bought a red hoody for here and yes it’s warm but it just malts everywhere. When you take it off your clothes are covered, I find it all over the floor. Washed it several times hoping that would help and it didn’t. Considering the price it’s pretty poor, save your money!

I received excellent customer service when I accidentally entered the wrong email address for a gift card. The team were incredibly helpful, quickly rectified the matter, and ensured the gift card reached the correct recipient. I’m very grateful for their prompt and friendly assistance

I had a problem with the courier delivering my parcel but David at Tala HQ was truly amazing. Really helped me and kept in contact with all steps in locating my parcel etc. GREAT customer service

I made an order that unfortunately got lost in transit once it reached the US. I reached out to customer service and Jodie helped to look into the situation initially, then Zeina assisted me with a refund and re-ordering the original items. Everyone was super responsive and helpful with this situation. Just another reason why I love TALA and continue to order from them.

Absolutely horrible experience with this company! I returned an item 2 months ago and they still haven’t sent me my refund. Don’t order from them. They are horrible. They have an AI to answer you when you email them horrible horrible company will never order again. I in fact I am contacting the BBB about them.

I’ve ordered lots of items from Tala and loved each one, quality is fantastic as is the customer service. Won’t go anywhere else for casual/ gym gear at the moment. Highly recommend.

I returned a parcel via the post office, but sadly Royal Mail lost it. Tala were SO quick to reply (in minutes) and processed my return immediately for me (after I shared my proof of postage ofc). So efficient

I recently had an issue with a sports top I purchased from Tala — the colour faded significantly after the first wash, even though I washed it exactly as instructed. I reached out to their customer service team, and they were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. They took the issue seriously, asked for photos to investigate, and processed a refund for me without any hassle.

Really appreciate the level of care and professionalism from the team (special thanks to Mel!). It's reassuring to see a brand stand behind their products and take customer concerns seriously.

further to previous complaint, I haven't received my refund over their 10 working day SLA.... and now the team member i am dealing with is not responding to my emails when they were very quick to respond previously to say they were within their SLA time still so i have to wait. what a shame. i wonder if they still take the "returns fee"

The clothing arrived stained and with a seam already coming apart; customer service took ages to respond and offered me a mere £15 off my next purchase. In the meantime, the leggings' fabric has worn down so much that they’ll last two months at most. I contacted customer service again, but they just explained how pilling happens and offered no actual help regarding my issue. The quality is extremely poor for the price, and customer service gets zero points; where is the sustainability in a product that becomes unusable after just a month of wear? You’re better off spending your money elsewhere.

Really prompt response on WhatsApp and solved my return problem immediately.

I just received the blue and brown retro collection and safe to say I’m obsessed 🤩 I order the sports bra, the top, the blue shorts and the brown ones and they are perfect! They look insane, feel insane and I’ve never been happier! I now need to go and buy the fleece and the rest of the collection to match 🤩🤩

Absolutely love the clothes and the quality is insane. Can’t fault it. However I’ve had an issue recently and it’s driven me mad waiting for someone to respond. It’s like you have to wait ages for someone to get back to you!

So I ordered some leggings and got the wrong size (my fault). So I ordered another parcel with leggings in which was the correct size. Delivery arrives, I have one opened package and empty and another with the wrong size leggings! Just my luck obviously.

Contact customer service. Return the Large leggings. They’ve received the large leggings back. However in the meantime I’m still waiting for a response to the issue I raised! Which is annoying as going away I wanted the leggings and had to settle and pick up gym leggings from a physical store due to needing them asap. It’s like you have to wait ages for customer service it’s the only downfall.

Absolutely perfect! I am so happy with David. Tala is so lucky to have him. He has been great and very pro active when my package got lost. Thank you once again!
