It was clear from the very beginning that I would not proceed with any further cooperation thus the counterpart has given helpful advise in a very friendly and caring way. Thanks a lot

Great support with employment law
I received a termination of employment for operational reasons and rightmart was right there to evaluate the conditions my ex-employer offered me. It was very helpful to have legal support in my case and rightmart did a great job!

It's simply a rip-off
It's simply a rip-off. They never answer, you can never reach them by phone. You request a call back, get no response, and in the end, they forget what documents they asked for and ask for them again. One star is even too much.

My experience with Rightmart…
My experience with Rightmart Rechtsanwalts GmbH was extremely negative and left me with a very unprofessional impression.
I was contacted by phone and presented with what was supposedly a "non-binding offer" regarding my wife's naturalization. During the conversation, I was asked to sign a power of attorney that was sent to me by email.
I explicitly pointed out that I am only her husband and not my wife herself. Nevertheless, I was told that this was no problem and that the signature would be generated digitally automatically; I simply had to click the relevant fields and return the form.
My wife was completely unaware of this process and did not grant any power of attorney or sign anything.
I was all the more surprised when I suddenly received an invoice for €2,400 – even though no documents had been submitted and no actual services had been rendered.
This approach strikes me as extremely opaque and misleading. They create the impression of a non-binding offer, while apparently, in the background, they are already trying to establish a paid legal mandate.

. ... I strongly advise everyone to be extremely cautious with such telephone offers and not to hastily confirm any digital powers of attorney or forms.
Based on my personal experience, I absolutely cannot recommend this service.
I have since reported the matter to the consumer protection agency and the bar association so that they can investigate whether such methods are permissible when dealing with consumers.

Best fight for my rights i had been ever
Fully disappointed
I am a highly qualified professional working for a well-respected company in Germany, and I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by rightmart. When I first opted for their service, the support representative assured me that my documents were clear and that it would take a maximum of 3 to 6 months to complete the process and receive my passport. It has now been nearly a year, and there has been no progress. Each time I follow up, I receive the same response, stating they’ve sent a letter to the authorities and are waiting, which is something I could do myself. For the past 7 to 8 months, it has been the same story. I feel like I've paid for a service that has only added stress and health issues. I wouldn't recommend this service if you value your peace of mind. You would be fortunate to have a better experience with them. The communication is also terrible; they don’t even read my emails and just respond with generic customer service replies!

Scam Warning – Stay Away from Rightmart!
Rightmart completely misled me. They promised fast and reliable legal help over the phone, oversold their services — then *disappeared after I paid*. For *two months*, there was *no action, no updates*, nothing.
I demanded to *terminate the contract under customer care legislation*, and only after involving my lawyer did they agree. But then — *five months later* — they started sending me *payment demands for the full amount*, despite *not delivering any service at all*.
I will now *officially claim a refund through my lawyer* and *legal insurance* to get every cent back. Meanwhile, *other lawyers solved my issue in days*, while I was still waiting for Rightmart to respond.
This company is *not trustworthy*. They act like *scammers*. *Avoid them at all cost!

Good in selling but half so good in performance
They sell very nice but the sales person is the only one who actually seem to work there efficiently.
I was promised quick and smooth „Einbürgerung“ however already at the start of the process there were communication issues and I was told with a delay that I needed language certificates and Einbürgerungstest. At that moment I was pregnant but I managed in relatively short terms to arrange everything. Later I got reply from two Ausländeramt that my application could not yet processed because I was not long enough living in Germany by that moment. Ok. Understandable, but why not to communicate it from the beginning before I agree on the contract and let me know that earliest possible time would be in September? Is it a lack of professionalism or they just not able to process all the customers they have managed to acquire?
As a cherry on the top, I’ve got a baby and now in Elternzeit and my income seems to not sufficient anymore and the clerk in Ausländersamt cancelled my appointment for the naturalisation.
I’m trying to get in touch with the lawyers to discuss the situation since last week but all I get: wait, we will get in touch with you.
So if you just want to speed up your application, that’s surely the wrong solution. If you have issues with your application, maybe they would assist you but don’t expect a one to one conversation with a lawyer. Maximum you get: plenty of secretaries, phone robots and emails. And yes, you need to wait the same way as if you’d apply to Ausländersamt yourself and even longer, because correspondence from Ausländersamt goes first to them, waits till they process it and afterwards reaches you. One of the letter with additional document request based on their acceptance stamp reached me only in two weeks.
