This company I saw them on Facebook and I contacted them for help, within 2 minutes they called me and assured me that in 3 months I can get the Deutsche pass. Everything was genuine and Garantie.

Update (25.06.2026): Last week, the Rightmart Group provided me with a tailored answer, explaining how the legal system works and the extent of their leverage over the authorities. I am at least happy now that the reply was tailored and case-specific. Aside from that, they asked for more clarification from the court. Therefore, I am changing my rating to three stars.

My first review with a two stars rating:
I advise against using Passexperten for your citizenship application. either the City you applied in are cooperative or not!
This review is based on my personal experience after paying approximately €2,000 for their service.
When I signed the contract, my naturalization application had already been pending for a considerable period of time (9 months!). The expectation created was that active legal pressure would be applied to move the process forward. In reality, I experienced the exact opposite.

Throughout the entire process, I never had a clearly identified case owner who took responsibility for my file. Communication was handled through anonymous case managers (IHR Fielmanager!), and at one point I was informed that my case had effectively been dormant because my file had been transferred between case managers (after 4 months!).

Many responses appeared highly standardized and generated by AI and often failed to address the actual questions being asked. Instead of receiving legal analysis tailored to my situation, I frequently received generic replies that repeated information I had already provided myself.

From my perspective, there was very little or no proactive action. After an initial contact with the immigration authority, the strategy seemed to be to simply wait. Month after month passed with no visible progress.

The most disappointing aspect was the delay in filing the inactivity lawsuit (Untätigkeitsklage). Although such legal action could have been initiated much earlier, it was filed only after roughly eight months of waiting following contract signature and after my frequent appeal for that.
Today, the timeline speaks for itself:

Approximately 24 months since I submitted my citizenship application.
Approximately 19 months since obtaining my permanent residence permit.
Approximately 15 months since hiring Passexperten.
More than 7 months since the inactivity lawsuit was filed.

Despite all of this, my case has still not been substantively processed by the responsible authority.

What makes this even harder to understand is that my case is handled by the district of Helmstedt, a district with fewer than 100,000 inhabitants, not Berlin, Munich, or another major metropolitan area. Yet the explanation remains the same: increasing workloads and administrative backlog.

For €2,000, I expected active case management, strategic legal guidance, regular follow-up, clear accountability, and meaningful pressure on the authority. Instead, I found myself conducting much of the research, analysis, and follow-up on my own.

My conclusion is simple: the service delivered was nowhere near the level of support that was promised or that I reasonably expected for the price paid.

I cannot recommend Passexperten based on my experience.
They do something but not enough!

Just a little bit experienced about my status in Dutchland

After filling out their form online they immediately called. Like within minutes at 8pm. Then they promised to handle everything. I paid €500. They said the progress of the process will be visible in their portal. I sent all the documents they asked via email 3 times. But even after a month their portal says they are still waiting for my documents to proceed. No information on which document to send whatsoever. I tried to reach out countless times via email but just got automatic replies. When I tried to cancel their service, then all of a sudden they replied that they will not work on my case but they will still take the money I promised. A totally unprofessional org with a complete scam scheme.

My experience was great because the company was very responsible and professional. They responded to my email quickly, communicated clearly, and were helpful throughout the process. I felt that they took my questions seriously and provided good customer service.
