Highly dissapointed!!!!!!!!!

Highly dissapointed!!!!!!!!!! Paid extra to recieve the items within 2-4 working days. As far as I see, they have just left Denmark! Clearly NO way they will arrive in time. Zero correspondens from custermerservice. Will most definately never use again!!!! Such a shame!

Hi Kaisu,

I am sorry to hear that your package was not delivered on time.

After investigating this case I can see that your package was delayed when in custody at UPS, as informed by my collague. Unfortunately, I cannot see the specific reason for the delay.

I can also see that the paid amount for the order has been refunded as requested.

Again, I am very sorry that you have had this experience and if you have any questions you can respond to the e-mail that I sent on the 24th of March.
