I bought the shorts and blouse as a set look and they work so well together. Both great quality.

I would not recommend ordering from Reese London. The items took 10days to arrive so were too late. The website advertises “hassle free returns” and it is anything but hassle free. BEWARE Buyer needs to pay the returns cost. I didn’t realise the item had come from China so I’ve had to pay £22 return postage. None of this is made clear at the point of ordering. Whilst customer services have been polite throughout they’ve offered no help towards this cost and I’m still waiting for my refund which I believe is disgusting and their website is misleading when it says “hassle free returns”. My advice is don’t buy from this company and I personally will never consider buying their products again.

Appalling scam company - states it is UK based and states address as Covent Garden London. However, this is just a show - the owner is registered as living in Ireland and the company only provide a return address after several emails trying to get you to keep the goods with a small discount (usually 10%).

Goods received nothing like they are described on website. Requested return - offered 10% discount - responded "no" and that a full refund was required - also cited Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Contract Regulations.

Company responded (ignoring my request) and offering 15% discount. Again responded "no" and again requested full refund and return address.

The above was repeated several times - ignoring what I had written and saying they could change the size etc and give a 15% discount - all refused.

Finally company stated goods had to be returned to China using a tracked method - ie. very very expensive.

Pointed out that UK legislation and regulations state that goods purchased in UK (or where company states it is UK registered) must have a UK returns address. Again cited the relevant legislation. Company ignored and stated that the UK address is not for returns and these need to go to China. Repeated legislation and demanded UK return address - company ignored this completely.

Next advised that if company did not comply with UK legislation I would undertake charge back with credit card company. ReeseLondon didn't seem to care.

Appalling company that do not abide by UK legislation and refuse to allow refunds - despite being registered in the UK.

Now undergoing charge back claim - company is another Chinese business that thinks it can ignore legislation and regulations and sell mis-described good to UK customers - AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!

Lovely heels, arrived in great condition and look stunning. Exactly what I was looking for.

Please do not use this company paid £75 for top and shorts they are horrendous I honestly thought it was based in London no no it’s china are not answering for a refund please do not buy anything

The set is gorgeous. Both pieces work perfectly together and separately too. Great versatility.

Horrific do not buy from this company. They’re not based in London goods come from China take about 3 weeks and are very poor quality.
I wish I had read the reviews before I bought.
Prompt replies from customer service but not giving you the answer you want. Trying to get you to take a discount or credit on your account.
Eventually give you the address to return to which is in China so postage costs a fortune as they ask you to track.
Avoid this company at all costs scammers

Ordered a dress and it’s nothing like the picture advertised. The one advertised looks classy. The one that arrived is a cheap bit of tat. It’s going in the bin. I wouldn’t even recycle it.
Haven’t bothered to contact them as it sounds like a waste of time after looking at other reviews!
Ive disputed with the credit card company instead.

They are not in London! The goods arrived dirty and damaged and look absolutely nothing like the pictures on their website. When you request to return them, they offer you a 15% discount or instruct you to return them to China. I’ve submitted a Charge Back to the bank. Will update later.

They are scammers do not buy from them!!!. Same experience as others you want refund told you have to sent to China, nothing on their website to say this, offered 15% refund, upped it to 25%, but still keeping 75% of my money!!. Also the company is registered in UK but I googled the address and they are just offices/mtg rooms to hire. So just a front. Head guy of co. is Chinese. I bought on credit card, so trying to get money back from them.

Terrible company, no transparency that items are sent from China and there is a lengthy customs process before items can be dispatched. Still waiting after two weeks for the item to even get into the UK where Evri will eventually pick up and start the delivery process here. No satisfaction from customer service, no urgency to respond and no chance of cancelling the order and getting a refund. Have been told I’ll need to wait for the item to be delivered, then return to China at my own expense. Unbelievable!

The pants arrived neatly packaged and fit perfectly. They look much more expensive than they were.

I bought a coat, which when it arrived did not match the description or photo. I have been informed I cannot have a full refund. I have been offered a 15% refund or exchange. Do not waste your money on this site. The coat I received is awful quality, not as advertised and doesn’t even come with labels and a tag! Quite clear why items do not have ratings as they would be very poor!

This company warrants a zero star rating. I bought a sleeveless waistcoat and matching trousers. The item which eventually arrived was nothing like the advertised product. I've then had to justify in a series of emails with them why I want to return the item and get a full refund. They have now offered a 15% refund and an address in China to return the product. It is an absolute joke when they have an address in London. DO NOT BUY FROM REESE-LONDON.COM

The blouse is light and breezy, perfect for warmer days. The quality is really impressive.

I would rate lower if I could. Don't buy from this company, it pretends to be UK based, but when you try to return an item the address to return it to is in China. The cost to return is more than the price paid, that is if you can get a company to return to that area in China. EVRI dont deliver there and Royal Mail wants £24 to return it.
I had to email numerous times and offered a tiny % of the cost paid before I was given the return address.
Avoid this company,the item purchased was supposed to be a Zara lightweight jacket, it was unbranded,no tags or paperwork in the package and just a plain shirt and not well made at that, do not waste your money.

Really easy checkout and my dress arrived ahead of schedule. Couldn't be happier.

Avoid at all costs. It took ages for the parcel to arrive and when it did the clothing is terrible quality (think SHEIN) and not as described. Although the website says they are based in London and offer 30 days refunds- you have to pay postage and to track the return back to China before they process the refund.

Items were far too big and quality poor , emailed to return postage would have been £17.50 to their factory in CHINA took the 15% discount will never buy again . Took 3 weeks to be delivered
