I am very satisfied with my experience. The selection of bikes was excellent, making it easy to find exactly the bike I was looking for. The product arrived exactly as described and met all my expectations.

What I particularly appreciated was the delivery service. I received advance notification of the delivery, and the minute-by-minute tracking of the delivery vehicle was fantastic. It made the whole process very transparent and convenient.

The ordering process was smooth, the price was very attractive, and the overall experience was professional from start to finish. I would gladly recommend JobRad to others looking for their ideal bike at great conditions.

Quick to sell and deliver, but bike model was wrong (model name was a more expensive version, than actually was delivered) and now support is not able to answer me for 2 weeks now. Reminders are ignored as well. In the meantime their marketing team keeps bombarding me with emails. Maybe Jobrad should take customer support as seriously as marketing?

Delivery was after the time, but person delivering was too sweet and helped with the bike.
Bike has some issues that weren't visible on the pictures, like rust.
All in all a big money saver (-:

The ordering process was easy. The delivery was straightforward to arrange, and I’m very satisfied with the value for money. My bike is great, almost flawless, and I was able to save quite a bit of money.

I ordered a refurbished E-MTB. Delivered and test drive. Experience: the bike seemed not to be completely refurbished or checked before delivered. Technical problems. The bike fork made noise while driving. I sent it back. But overall the process of delivery and return went well without problems.

We bought a used Urban Arrow FAMILY CARGO bike and are really happy with it. The delivery was flawless and the delivering employee was very friendly. He took the time to explain the most important points about the bike.
The bike itself was as described and in good condition. We have it for 2 months now and are very happy with it.

The bike was in a good condition. Which I didn’t like was the Customer Service. First of all, when I ordered the bike, I never got any mail regarding when and how it’s going to get send. So just one day out of the blue I got a call.. I thought that was very strange. Secondly I wrote the customer service an mail, because of the shipment, my bike was kind of damaged, so I couldn’t use it right away, which they promised tho. So, I never heard of them back.

I've bought a simple bike (no ebike) from JobRad and everything worked well. The delivery was on time, the bike condition was quite good. I've been using it for sometime now and would recommend them.
