I ordered a pair of genuine Piaggio…

I ordered a pair of genuine Piaggio grips for my Vespa. When they arrived, the two grips were clearly different shades (one black and the other dark grey), even though they are meant to be installed together on the same handlebar.

Despite sending detailed photos, customer service refused to cover the return shipping costs, explaining that they do not inspect every product before dispatch. I then contacted the management, but the only response I received was that the discussion was closed.

Mistakes can happen, but what really disappointed me was the lack of customer care and the refusal to find a fair solution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I got a scooter here and it had an…

I got a scooter here and it had an issue with the suspension a few months in. I brought it back into them and they addressed the problem, ordered the new part, and got me on the road again super quickly. A+
