I love our new fiido bike. For the price it feels like it can’t be beat. I love the euro lock on the back tire that was already installed and I’m really a fan of how intuitive the torque sensor is.

Quality etrike carrier that I was able to assemble by myself in about an hour. Shopped really fast also.

The ease of purchasing the Tour 2.0. Updates were consistent. Delivery was as notified. Ride is comfortable. Ease of operation was great. Hill climbing was excellent. About to put on comfort seat and hopefully, it will be as expected.

So far we have received one Breeze Pro 2.0 and are waiting on our second. Customer service has been great in communicating with us. Looking forward to our maiden voyage and then a review of performance.

You were honest and everything you told us was true. We ordered two trikes , one came on time and one was a little late but we were told it was on its way and would be here as soon as it was received and sent to us. Nice people . One thing though , the tracking is terrible. Still it was a good experience and we love our trikes.

What made my experience noteworthy above all else was Mstt at your North Yirk store. He guided me through the online purchase order, answered all my questions, and kept me up to date on tracking.

I'm giving this 5 stars even though we had an issue with the seat. To start, Matt was amazingly helpful from the very beginning with talking to my dad on the phone to figure our what bike he needed and then working with me to make sure the order was correct. I ordered a premium seat that arrived with a hole in the leather and the seams were sewn poorly. We were also missing the frame for the premium seat in order to attach the basket behind the seat. However, I called Matt and sent him the photos and he took care of this immediately and sent a new seat and frame. He took such good care of us to make it right and it was immediate action so 5 stars and kudos to you and your team/company for some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. For anyone considering an ebike, do not hesitate to order from Quality Quest.

First, I had purchased a new seat but they sent me a used one. I sent all type of pictures, but they was not willing to work with me in spite of what I sent them. It took a lot longer than when I thought it would take. My overall view is not that good I would not prefer the person to this company nor what I ever go back.

Quick response. Both boxes did not come together and that made it difficult to get bike together. We received the 2nd box about two weeks later.

I was pleasantly surprised the quality of this bike, built really well, thank you performance is outstanding, it took a bit to figure out its operation, because I was use to my wifes e-bike, it came FedEx and the box was beat to hell, miraculously nothing was damaged, maybe consider UPS
